The staff is always polite, professional, and timely. And it's probably one of the most comfortable places to get your oil changed, you can either sit inside their building with free coffee, or stay in your car while the work is done. You can see what is happening with your vehicle the entire time. When you get an oil change, they usually do a vacuum, top off your other fluids, and show you where the oil is sitting at the end. Great business all around!

I just left Colville Grease Monkey. I called beforehand and asked what services they provided. He explained they do an oil change, check fluids/filters and vacuum the interior. I checked out the paperwork after paid and it stated “vacuum interior - completed”. My car was not vacuumed. I know this because I looked at it before I left my car. $122. I could have taken my car to Walmart and gotten the same service for half the price. What bothers me the most is they lied and stated the car was vacuumed when it clearly was not. It makes me wonder what else they lied about and didn’t check. The only positive about this experience was the staff was friendly. Will I return or refer to this business? No, I will not.

Before I came in I called twice confirming that I wouldn’t need to set up a appointment to do a oil change, transmission fluid and coolant change and both times I was told I couldn’t set up a appointment. I show up and dropped my car off explaining I wanted those 3 things done. About 20mins before closing I hadn’t gotten a call that my car was done so I stopped by and it was done no call to let me know even tho they knew I was leaving and I left my number. I waited 20mins in the lobby until someone came inside and I started talking to him (Kev? Ken?) and he stopped me mid sentence to talk to other people no “let me help these people first then I’ll be with you” nothing just cuts me off even tho I was talking to him first I then proceeded to have to wait another 10-15mins until I was assisted and found out they DIDNT even do my coolant or transmission fluids just my oil because it would have taken to long and proceeded to charge me 147$ while also telling me they couldn’t do over half of the “free” items they do during they oil changes or even changed my oil filter. Where is this 147$ coming from??? They completely scammed me and didn’t even do half of the services I wanted. I asked to set up a appointment multiple times since I knew it took long but I was told not to set one up. You all need to set up a better way to do this. I didn’t leave my car for over 4hrs and charged almost 150$ for just a oil change.

The grease monkey in colville charged me $120 for a basic oil change, Walmart charged me $60. Grease monkey in colville is an absolute scam don’t take your car there. You’d be better off driving all the way to Spokane to get it changed at jiffylube.

I went and got my oil changed this morning at Grease Monkey... 5 ⭐️ all the way around. I worked directly with Ken, super nice guy. He explained everything in detail to me, did not try to upsell me on anything. We will be back again!
