He listened to me say what I thought I wanted and after I went home and got some advice which didnt coincide with what I had ordered, the next day while dropping my car off, he asked a few follow up questions and he recommended what he thought I was asking for (which lined up with what I found out the night prior) and was spot on. could not be happier! I was a little worried during the install wondering if I should have made the trip to Spokane, but after he was done, showed me everything I needed to know, and even replaced my window washers for me (the new ones had been in my trunks since June!) I knew staying local was the best choice!! He did an over and above install for me and I can say I really love it!!!! super grateful for him and his service!”

“Used this service for years! Excellent customer service, friendly representatives, and considering it is wireless... good internet quality with very rare outages or speed drops. A bit overpriced but worth it if you can't get DSL. Only reason this isn't a 5 star is that the service has consistent but occasional package loss every 5-10 minutes.”
