He listened to me say what I thought I wanted and after I went home and got some advice which didnt coincide with what I had ordered, the next day while dropping my car off, he asked a few follow up questions and he recommended what he thought I was asking for (which lined up with what I found out the night prior) and was spot on. could not be happier! I was a little worried during the install wondering if I should have made the trip to Spokane, but after he was done, showed me everything I needed to know, and even replaced my window washers for me (the new ones had been in my trunks since June!)
