Felt like less than a number trying to get a savings account. Apparently if you're not dressed in a tuxedo of expensive fur coat they have no time for you!Don't go there!!!Go to a Credit Union instead...No joke!!!

I have had severe issues with reoccurring overdraft fees (which I take full accountability for) totaling about $1,260 for the last six months to a year. Majority of the time a 0.99 Apple charge would come out. (Key bank graciously just updated their policy to not charge a fee if it was under -$20 which is great!) My paycheck will come in days later and the account is back in good standing. Unrelated, I have on several occasions conducted (or attempted to) my banking at this branch. Each time I felt belittled and patronized by the lead cashier “Misty”. Today, I asked about possibly ordering a new card and starting fresh due to this issue, her response was “well you’ve talked about getting a new bank in the past anyways so what’s the point”. Pretty much insinuating I leave altogether. She’s rude, and gives off a negative condescending vibe. My stomach drops each time I get called by her, as I each time hope for another cashier.

Switched our business and personal accounts from BofA to this bank. Best decision we have made. All the ladies work hard and we are especially grateful for Amy!

Worst bank ever 8 people working and you wait in line for 20 minutes because they’re all busy talking to each other to find out that they won’t give you change because you’re not a client and you can’t make it to Spokane before five get a clue KeyBank

Super rude girl by the name of Chelsea Morrison. Who never treated her customers right whether it was at her previous job or this one at keybank. She posts things online harassing certain people for banking with keybank as if they intended to stalk her. When they banked here longer than she has been on this earth. She shouldn't take it personal. And defame people who come to her branch when they are good people and never bothered nobody. Most Americans here in Steven's county would agree with me. I already talked to some

I've been with this bank for several years. We recently received our new "chip" debt/credit cards and activated them for use. Mine obviously has a bad chip as three different store machines I tried to use it at, said "chip malfunction". My husband's card works fine. I called the bank thinking they would just send me a new one. They want to charge me for it?! It's a small fee, but it's the principal of the thing. Why won't the bank freely replace a malfunctioning card? Why am I being charged for it? It's not my fault that the card is not working properly. It's our "policy" is what I was told. Well, I guess it's my policy to start looking for a new bank. Seriously, you're using my money and won't send me a new card for free?!
