They stand by their quality work and are more than happy to help fix whatever problems come up from rough use of their plows. My mom bought a plow there and beat it like a red headed step child and they help her fix it back up.

I went in to find out running boards for my truck...as I stood there the guy had to call their store in Spokane...I could hear the guy quote prices over the phone...but when the guy turned back to me, the price tripled...and that didn't include installation!!! So, I got the brackets and did it myself!!!
