Called mid morning to see if there was any availability and to possibly make an appointment and got no answer. I did miss a call back. I attempted to call again and left a message. This time I did not get a call back. I came in to the salon at 12:55 and the gate was half closed with a wet sign. The lady was cutting someone's hair. I walked in with my two kids to ask if they were closing soon due to the half closed gate. The lady proceeded to tell me that no but she did just mop the floor. I went back out with my kids and spoke to her from outside of the salon due to the recently mopped floor. She did not tell me it was ok to walk on the floor and said nothing when I exited the salon and spoke to her from outside of it. She said she could cut both kids hair at 2pm. I came back at 1:55pm and there was a sign saying closed and will be back at 2:10pm. I returned at 2:05pm and she was already cutting someone else's hair. At 2:20 the kids and I left without any haircuts.

Scheduled a 4pm appointment for my daughter; got to the salon at 3:55 to find doors locked and no stylists. Waited until 4:10; no stylists. Asked an attendant at grocery checkout who said, "I am so sorry. There is always something happening over there. It's really unreliable". Very disappointing. Unacceptable for professional services industry.

Worst haircut I've ever had. It was just a buzz cut and she couldn't even cut all the hair the same height with a shaver. I could have done a better job myself. She spent 5mins with no effort. Didn't check her work and was very rude. I'll never be back.

Butchered my son's hair and didn't do the cut I asked for. I could have cut his hair better at home sadly. I paid and felt I really shouldn't have at all. But at least his hair is out of his eyes. I'll go to Spokane next time ??Service: Kids' cuts

The stylist completely butchered my hair. The cut is completely uneven and 5-6 inches shorter than I wanted. I even provided a picture for her of the length and style I wanted. Never going back.

I was 3 minutes late to a 4pm appointment. When I arrived somebody else was waiting for a 4pm appointment. To me it looked like it was double booked. The stylist used the excuse I was late and told me that I could not get in for the day and didn't offer to rebook, I had to ask. I did not feel welcomed at all in the first place booking the appointment and then decided to take my business elsewhere when I had to insist on rescheduling.

My hair is shorter than I wanted , but she did what she thought was best, I wasn't thrilled she kinda duped me into getting a wash, I didn't ask for. Wich cost an extra 5 I wasn't prepared to pay. Besides that she did an alright job!

I looked up the time the salon was open. It said it is open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM however when I went to Walmart the sign on the window said the salon is closed until further notice. No wonder there was not an answer and there is no voice mail set up however I guess it would not do any good to leave a message since there is no one to listen. I have used Smart Styles for a long time however it is time to find another salon because of the poor service from this one. I will look around for a Great Clips.

I've tried calling numerous times all morning and nobody picked up the phone. I can understand that it's hard to walk away from a client but, I know they weren't busy all morning. Not professional at all.

First off, they NEVER answer their phone. You leave a message and they NEVER return your call! How do they stay in business?? When I finally got a hold of a real live person she coped an attitude immediately! Just because I was shocked a get a person instead of an answering machine. Who would trust their hair to that immature person? I recommend you go anywhere but here! I will be contacting their corporate office. If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

I made an appointment for my son using smartstyles website. My son and I arrived on time for our appointment. When I let the woman know that we had an appointment for 1:30 she proceeded to argue with me and tell me it wasnt until 2 pm. Plus the stylist I had the appointment with had already left for the day. I showed the woman my booking conformation via my phone. All she did was repeat what she had already said about that coworker leaving. There was never once an apology for her misinformation or how she handled the situation. I wont ever book anything with them again.
