Even routine monthly medications are rarely downloaded from the electronic system without the necessity of having to call, wait on hold, and then wait for staff to check the system. This process can take days. Once aware of a prescription, the wait is never less than an hour at the quickest times. The overall time to get medication ready for pickup is long, and the wait time in person for picking up is just as long. Customers most definitely need to stay in communication with staff and be always initiating. While convenient to go directly after an appointment, the process still involves long waits.
