Come here for all your postal needs. I ended up renting a personal mailbox due to its convenience and the amazing customer service. I receive an email when I have a delivery and my packages are safely stored until I can pick them up. They offer many needed services such as printing, packaging, mail delivery, and so much more. I love seeing their smiling faces.

We have had at least 4 UPS mailboxes over the lat 20 years for our address and mailing centers as we were traveling RN's. The UPS store in Colville,Wa. At Super1 is by far the absolute best. Steve & Sue are awesome as well as everyone else who work there. They do everything they can to help everyone and always have.

Always greeted with a smile, very friendly, Always asking how can they help you, they don't rush you, they explain everything, they help you any way that they can, they always resolve my issues, very clean store always greeted and said thank you to.

The small size of this shop seems in direct contrast to the boundless service they provide. All were helpful but Susan stands out as the epitome of quality customer service. I went with two Amazon returns, had failed to save the correct QR code for the labelling process and complicated the problem by failing to bring glasses. Susan respectfully and with unbelievable patience, especially in consideration to the place seeming like a beehive of endless movement, took my phone and sorted the matter. Much respect, admiration and gratitude.

I have always been treated warmly with respect. Quick service the wait time is practically never. They also offer many services that saves me from going to the post office and waiting in their long line. My time is valued.
