Refund Still Not Received — Poor Customer Service
I have been waiting for my refund since September 23rd, and Walmart keeps insisting it was issued — yet my bank (STCU) has confirmed that the numbers do not add up and no refund has been received. When I reached out for help today, the customer service representative was extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. I had to practically beg to speak with a supervisor (which i was never patched through), and it was like pulling teeth just to get the reference number for my own financial information.
I just got off the phone with STCU, and I have documented this entire experience with them. This process has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Until this is resolved, Walmart has lost my business completely.

Everything was amazing like usual I wish they had more handicap parking though I can't walk very far and when I park all the parking spots were handicapped are always gone unless I go a time that nobody goes and then all the inventory is always gone but love Walmart

Hate going here. Go because it's the cheapest but employees are very rude!!!!! Bathrooms are dirty and the doors all hang crooked and don't lock properly or lick is missing. I guess it's not the worst place I have ever been but close. Would give a 0 if I could.

Wonderful people and best service you will ever get from any other Walmart out of Washington state so I'm giving them a 5 stars even though I'm not the biggest fan of Walmart but good people makes any business to grow and shine, great customer service is always the key to a business that wants to prosper so keep in mind that your customer service is what brings people in the doors and also runs people away from your business and at time customer service can destroy your businesses 🙏

Been there ALOT, its usually very chill, most of the employees are just living live doing their job, they are good. Its a nice store.
