The Colville WaFd has gone under some major positive changes since the new manager was brought in! With new staff, this bank has turned into a place that I bring all my banking needs and concerns. Customer service has gone to hell . Half the time there is no tellers working the counter . The lobby is closed and drive thru is the only option and they only have 1 lane open

This bank is every bit as bad as BofA... Their Customer Service is virtually non existent. Would never recommend this bank, horrible.

The drive through shouldn't take over 15 mins when you're the second person in line. I get things get busy but perhaps you need to hire more staff or some additional training.

Love this bank! Spokane branch knows me by name! I’m yet to know these employees well, so far they have been very polite. They have fixed many things from stolen card info, to an unknown transfer! Best bank yet!

Went in to talk about banking there, and the lady was rude to me. Basically wanted me to leave and read a pamphlet. I was kinda disappointed because I was looking forward to banking there.

I have been banking here for about 5 years. The one thing g you can always count on at this bank, is friendly, courteous and always smiling employees. Like any corporate bank now days, their rates for savings, DC's, loans and other business is about the same as far as I can tell. But the personal service can't be beaten.

I would give this place zero if I could. Double check your accounts, they are "upgrading" accounts without their customers authorization. They changed my account to one that charges $6.00 a month. They told me a letter was sent out in August 2018 and that if customers didn't respond that their account would be automatically "upgraded" which included features I never wanted and never used. When I notified them of their error they agreed to refund part of the fees and change my account back. I decided to close the account, but they never refunded the fees and they continued to charge me the $6.00! This is not a place I will ever do business with again and I highly encourage all their customers to review their statements very closely! Updated : I called this number, they couldn't do anything, couldn't get me a manager, absolutely no help!!

The bank is great. There people are great. The phone app stinks. It constantly needs to be called into to have passwords and security questions reset. They don't seem to think it's a problem. Is a huge one to me...
