I had a very bad experience here. My son had to use the bathroom, so we stopped at this US bank. I had a check that I needed to deposit, so we went in. When we got back in the main lobby after using the restroom, a bank teller called me out, and said that the bathrooms are not for customers. I explained that my young son really had to use the bathroom, and she said they had too many problems with people using the bathrooms, and they were not for the public (with a smirk). It was so embarrassing, my son started crying, and we had to walk out. It really made our already horrible day so much worse. At what point did people become so unkind to others?The bank was full of customers, all wearing masks, but for some reason, none of the employees were wearing them. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, if you can help it.

Very unhappy. My husband deposited his check...no issue. Then cashed a truck allowance check and it showed up as a $500 WITHDRAWAL from our account. And now we have to wait until the bank is open again...in THREE DAYS to get this fixed. VERY UNHAPPY! This branch literally took FIVE HUNDRED dollars out of the account to 'pay ourselves'...when it was clearly a check from his boss.
