The entire unit smelt of sulfur. Discovered that the source of the smell was the water. Sulfur water if ingested can make you sick. Not to mention showering in sulfur water is just not refreshing.

This property was very disappointing. The water had a strong sulfur/rotten egg smell and was unusable for drinking, cooking, bathing, or washing baby bottles. We had to buy bottled water for everything, and our dog became sick during the stay. Friends at another Airbnb nearby had no water issues, so this is clearly specific to this property. The house also wasn’t clean on arrival, with dead bugs and a bad odor. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this listing.

First off, we rented a tent for the glamping experience. We got the only tent with a giant hole at the top. Upon arrival it was cleanish, there was a 2 giant spiders on the bed ( I get it, it's outside) the floor definelty needed swept. The pillows were very stinky. Like a musty smell. I feel like they do not wash the bedding between guests. Next to the wood stove was 3 pieces of wood... we were told that whats there is what we get and if we need more we can pay for it. Obviously we would need more. There was only 2 left, and all wet so we went to town to get more. The grill was so rusted its not safe to use. The shared bathrooms were nice, aside from the bathroom stall doors not shutting or locking. The lady was very kind when we got there, said she was stepping in and helping as the people had been up there with no supervision or anyone to run the place. So she was helping. But Disappointed in the owners professionalism of that.

Stayed here 3 days/2 nights. I reserved a “tent” it had a king bed with a couch, small table and chairs and a fireplace, they also provided two towels/washcloths . It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner’s where awesome and checked in with us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything - they also text you frequently about your stay, what’s included and if anything cost extra. The bathrooms/showers were clean and fully stocked the whole time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a true “glamping” experience! Outside the tent also included a propane blacktop, a picnic table, cute sitting area with table and chairs on the porch and a hammock. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also priced reasonably. WiFi was also included and was easy to access!

I'm not going to sugar coat this... #2 tiny home don't rent it until they fix the water heater problem it's been brought to there attention and I'm sure I'm not the first. Upon walking in it smelled. The toilet needed to cleaned. The propane which should have been checked before our arrival was empty. So we had no Oven/stove until 5pm the second day of our visit... They offer TV but there was no remote when asked they just apologized. When they filled the propane i hooked it up to find out the hot water still didnt work. Upon leaving today its 8am & all of a sudden the hot waters working.... This is beyond unnceaptable. We rented a tiny home for the tiny home experience. When we said that we couldn't take a shower we were offered to take a shower in the Bathhouse which was open to the public anyways.... This shouldn't have been rented to us in the first place & we will not be coming back.

This place is AWEFUL! I would not recommend it to anyone!
We booked this hotel via Expedia. We received the email a day before stated they will text the check in instruction on the check-in day. However, we have never received any confirmation on how to check in and the signal in Seabrook was very spotty.
We finally find somewhere with decent signal and called the hotel, They told us, our room ladder was broken!!!!!!!! So we can't access to one of the bed. They knew the ladder was broken days ago but never bother to mention when they send us the email?? They kept on asking do you need both beds? There is one bed available tho, I was like this room not the right condition so we asked for the free cancellation since it's not right and they told us 8PM when we were about to check in! They never contact us in advance.
They agreed to cancel the room on the phone but we are still waiting for the refund. When I called back to follow up the cancelation they told us to contact to Expedia because they can't reach out the owner, but when the Expedia tried to call them, they haven't answered the calls, for days,
They do not response! This place is super shady!!!!!!

Very friendly welcome and support. The RV space could deserve a bit more space or separation from each others but other than that our stay was really pleasant. The easy walking access to the beautiful beach is unique. We would gladly return.

We stayed one night at Pacific Dunes Resort and had a great experience! Big shoutout to Alex—she greeted us with a smile, showed us the beach, and had our tent ready after our walk. Despite a busy summer weekend and being the only staff member there, she handled everything with grace and enthusiasm. Total rockstar!
Our tent was clean and cozy, and the bathhouse was spotless. The little store was cute, though it would be great if it stayed open later—especially the beer and wine garden. A few small touches like mirrors, clothing hooks, beach towels, and grilling tools would make a big difference.
This place has a ton of potential—kind of like an AutoCamp in training. A little rustic, but charming and great for couples or families. Would definitely return - especially if Alex is still there!

This place does not enforce quiet hours regardless how late it is. Texted a few times for a noise issue, and no one ever responded, not even a single word. If you want a quiet, relaxing weekend getaway and if you happen to have an inconsiderate group that think they can party like they are in their 20’s and drink/party until 3 am, you will not have a very pleasant time at this place. So please go look somewhere else. I wanted to like this place even though the place was a bit outdated, and definitely not the cleanest. Their bathroom trashcan was overflowing, and toilets were not scrubbed inside. I don’t even know if anyone is on site to manage— I didn’t see a single person assisting check in or check out. I guess only good thing is the location which is right next to the beach, but i think you can look somewhere else which there are plenty of options near by.

No place to fill water bottles! Bring your own water!! It was nice but a long walk from the beach.

Drove all the way to the beach to be sandwiched in between some trailers with families that are so close you are worried about opening your door. Also there was trash all over the ground when we pulled in.

We were super excited to have an extended weekend at this resort. This was our first stay here. We have a travel trailer and we were excited to have beach access, as we have two Golden Retrievers who, of course love the beach! That part was great! Not so great were the RV spots. So small and narrow. Very run down looking , even for beachy standards! We paid extra for an early arrival on Friday and no sooner did we get set up , but the house directly behind the campground started digging with equipment for a new septic system!! It stopped about 4 hours later and did not resume for the duration of our stay, but boy was it loud!!! It would have been nice to have some warning that we would be so close to a construction zone!! There was also something going on with the people who work at the campground. I was told that there were employee changes going on? Not sure. We decided to make the best of it and stayed the full 3 nights. Several people in the RV spots did not. We will not be going back , however our dogs so loved the beach time… as did we!!
