We have used this agency for years. She's the best on the Harbor if you're an owner. Bad renters don't like her but they're far and few bc her screening process is hard to get by. We've had a few losers but that's probably expected over 20 plus years. We highly recommend her!!

Exceptionally nice and welcoming at the office. One bad renter screwed them over and now they won't rent to smokers, even if they never smoke inside. If you don't smoke at all or have quit for more than a year and meet all other criteria they will rent to you.
