“Jim and his wife provided amazing customer service when my car broke down in Cougar, WA an hour away from home. I thought I was in for an all day event waiting for a tow truck to arrive and getting it be where it could be fixed. Instead, Jim arrived within a short amount of time with a smile on his face. He quickly assessed that it needed to be towed and he could take it back to his shop to see what was wrong. There is little to no cell service in the area, so Jim found me in a local restaurant within an hour and delivered the quote to me. He said he would see if he could find the part needed to fix it and if so it would be ready the next day. We were camping close by so this was the best case scenario. Later that afternoon he communicated that he found the part and it would be ready the next day at the latest. Around dinner time, his wife showed up at our campsite (again no cell service) and said my car was ready to go. Amazing! She drove me back to the shop to pick up the car. Jim had told me I may need a few other things done while he had the car disassembled. But he found that those things were still in good shape and didn't need replaced. I appreciated his honesty, fair pricing, knowledge, great communication and top-notch customer service. If you have towing needs in this area, you will not be disappointed calling Towing Elite!
