The lakes all around this place are beautiful. The staff is not very customer service oriented at the resort, unfortunately. The cabins 1 are not poolside, so to advertise them that way should be illegal. There is no pool, it is broke still or maybe always has been, I'm not sure. 2 they are so ran down for the price they charge I expected to have much better accommodations. There are no TVs in the cabins for late night relaxing, it does come with its own set of bugs though. We had ants crawling all over our floor in the bathroom. The counters in the kitchen are falling apart there was no way I was cooking in there. This place really needs an overhaul during its down time, something for the owners to consider.Rooms: Don't waste your money

Campground is very open, no barriers between sites so wind really shakes the camper, but the sites are spacious. Of season rates are better than the state park, but the park has more areas with wind protection.

Went to visit family for a birthday party. They were staying in one of the small cabins. The cabin and area was great for family to visit and the kids could play. The lake and store were close by.

We have been going to this resort for over 40 years. I'm not sure what's going on with the management, however it is glaringly apparent the employees are disgruntled. My daughter forgot her paddle board paddle & got a lecture from a staff member about why she couldn't rent one. I went to inquire & the employee then scolded me stating they are tired of people not returning them. I even offered a $100 deposit assuring her we would return it. Then, the office got involved to loan us the paddles. When my daughter returned them she was scolded again by someone else. We tried to rent a peddle boat, the guy in the store told me they were on break & to wait, so I did... then some maniac ripping around on a golf cart came flying up & said we're closed. New hours as of today. I said ok what time may I rent one in the morning? He said he didn't know & to go ask the guy in the store. The guy in the store said 8:00 am- ok. Nope new hours, they opened at 9:00. I recognize it is incredibly difficult to run a business & such but it saddens me to see this so mismanaged. The only staff that seemed accommodating & friendly is the housekeeping. There was also a youthful kid working at the store that was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name. Dark hair, around 18. Our entire group thought he was so enjoyable to be around. The blond lady in her 50's needs to be fired. The guy ripping around on the golf cart- how inappropriate.

We are from Western Washington , so to get here, we have quite a drive. But once we finally here, it's nice. With green grass everywhere and the view of the eroded cut away mountions off to the side. Beautiful place⁰

We liked the RV area and access to the lake. We wished there were park hosts as noisy neighbors well after quiet time caused for no sleep. No bad on the park, just wished someone was there to take care of those who cannot follow rules.Be aware anything over 3 items on your spot will cost you approx 30$ a day. That extra car just sat on my siteI have never paid more than 10$ a day for extra vehicle.

The whole family loved the mini golf! And for $5 for how many holes there were it was a great deal!

Camped here with my 2 friends. Everyone was very friendly, prices are reasonable, wind was crazy and then the smoke rolled in.

I have been visiting this resort & the state park next door since 1962. It is an annual pilgrimage for my family, along with childhood friends and their families.

Perfect place to camp or stay in one the cabins. Right on the lake with a well situated dock and swimming area. They have a general store with just about anything you might need. The on-site food options are very good, pricey for what you’re getting. But the quality is still very good so I would recommend it. Several kind of boat rentals including paddle boats, rowboats, kayaks, etc.Coming during the wildfires kind of dampens the mood with the smoke. But that’s not something any one can control.Rooms: Spacious with everything you need for a week long vacation.Nearby activities: Dry falls is near by, banks lake, grand coulee dam.Safety: Everything was very safe.Walkability: Walk anywhere around here you want! Lots of paved and gravel roads. Plus hiking trails.Food & drinks: The on-site food options are very good, but pricey.Noteworthy details: The lake, dock, boat rentals, and swimming area.

Pretty cool place out in the middle of nowhere. I personally like to camp in the forest but this is a nice alternative. If u got enough money u can rent all types of cabins trailers RV camping spots ... There's a little grocery store a restaurant, you can rent all sorts of non motorized watercraft. There's the resort and connected to that is the state park with amphitheatre and there's a boat launch marina swimming area fish cleaning station the works!
