Elizabeth went out of her way to help me for the pharmacy that the prescription was called into did not have the product. We transferred it last week and had to go through some hoops today to get a refill. Exceptional service and so helpful! You feel like someone really cares and they are very busy but does not change how kind and helpful pharmacy staff is. Thank you!”

“4 starts is not due to pharmacy but Walmart not giving enough room to wait inline. Pharmacy gets 5 star !! I called first and got a tech with in a few min. She let me know my prescriptions were ready.Some places now days you can’t even get a person on the phone.One star off ….Walmart needs to make more room for people waiting for their meds and regular shoppers …. I had my kids with me and there wasn’t much room to stand but I have a lot of kids and not a reflection on the pharmacy or staff.My daughter had a medication that insurance messed up on and they helped solve the issue.I was at another pharmacy and they messed up my meds. And this pharmacy the Oak Harbor Walmart pharmacy staff and pharmacists were amazing !! Helping me get all my meds pulled over and were kind and helpful, caring !We will now be using this pharmacy. Thank you for having a great staff.”

“I was running behind on Christmas cards, so I put an order in with my local Walgreens (Oak Harbor). The photo card was done in a few hours, so that means I can get my Christmas card out in time. Barbara was able to do a central search, and not only combined and reconciled my store profiles so the prescriptions could be refilled, she was able to remove an old customer contact their database had on my phone number. The tech at the drive-thru window was kind, patient, and efficient when I showed up still on the phone with my insurance company. He was also wonderful about quickly filling a few of my RXs I had gone all weekend without (due to my issue, not theirs) even though they had been restocked.
