“4 starts is not due to pharmacy but Walmart not giving enough room to wait inline. Pharmacy gets 5 star !! I called first and got a tech with in a few min. She let me know my prescriptions were ready.Some places now days you can’t even get a person on the phone.One star off ….Walmart needs to make more room for people waiting for their meds and regular shoppers …. I had my kids with me and there wasn’t much room to stand but I have a lot of kids and not a reflection on the pharmacy or staff.My daughter had a medication that insurance messed up on and they helped solve the issue.I was at another pharmacy and they messed up my meds. And this pharmacy the Oak Harbor Walmart pharmacy staff and pharmacists were amazing !! Helping me get all my meds pulled over and were kind and helpful, caring !We will now be using this pharmacy. Thank you for having a great staff.”

Elizabeth went out of her way to help me for the pharmacy that the prescription was called into did not have the product. We transferred it last week and had to go through some hoops today to get a refill. Exceptional service and so helpful! “Other major pharmacies in Oak Harbor wouldn't provide a walk in flu shot. They required an appointment which was 2 weeks out. The pharmacist at Island Drug, though incredibly busy, made time. Granted, I had to wait a half hour, but she didn’t send me away and was wonderful to talk with.”
