They have SUCH good customer service, both for my fearful cats and myself, and I left feeling better than I ever have with a vet.. nearly to tears with gratitude and relief. I can’t express how pleased I am with their services. I’ve been to other vets on the island over the years and Penn Cove is BY FAR the best in all of the usual categories that we look for (kindness, quality, pricing*, timing, etc.). They also spoke to the science behind certain decisions/treatments, which I really appreciate!
*they had better prices than other vets I’ve used, aside from one other business that had roughly the same pricing by +/- $20 depending on service.”
