It was a great experience. We switched from T-Mobile and it was a effortless experience. I went in expecting to spend at least 2 hours dealing with the whole thing, and it took just under an hour to get switched, new phone for my son, an account set up, etc. A++ experience.

Vickie was the young lady who assisted me she was awesome she was professional her personality was so pleasant and her knowledge of the products were spot on an she helped me connect everything together and both are birthdays were the same lol

This is a corporate store, not a franchise store. I went in to get some tech support there, because AT&T's phone support sucks. The guy that helped me knew what he was doing and had my phone fixed in under 5 minutes. This is my go-to store, because AT&T trains their store people much better than their phone support people. The guy on the phone tried to tell me that there was a tower down in my area and that it would take 3 to 8 days to repair it. Like AT&T would leave thousands of customers without service for more than a week, give me a break. So the next time you need something fixed, skip phone support and go to an AT&T corporate store instead.

They did immediately engage me but ultimately they could help me, which is annoying. The stores should be able to help with everything possible, including billing issues.
