This BOA location has the most friendly people. They always greet you with smiles and always willing to assist. Feel like they are my friends every time I go there. It's definitely my first bank choice.

Can't say enough about how much we appreciate Christina, Maria, Anton and the entire staff at Covington Legacy. They have helped us with all of our banking needs since the branch opened, always with a smile. This includes mitigating our account breach during covid and helping us resolve issues when the Bof A corporate customer service center would not or could not provide support due to their dysfunction, which is consistent and considerable. Just call the CLbranch instead of the 800 number, they get it resolved. They are wonderful. And no, I am not connected to Bof A in any way other than my banking and investments.

The team have been always friendly and helpful. Many times deposited with help tellers and they did perfect service. Today i had difficulty with deposit check through mobile application and Maria helped me to do that during busy rush time. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Just look at the reviews. It is sad that a place like this calls itself a bank. The manager Tony Lombardi won't provide a business card with his name when I made a complaint. I suspected it because he gave me a fake name. After waiting for a long time in the lobby he gave me the district manager's card. The front counter teller wouldn't speak to me in proper English in order to mock my accent. I have been in this country for 25 years and have a college education but for her my accent is enough to dismiss me. It was painful to deal with this sort of treatment. What's worse is that I'm not the only one. Why would anyone bank with these people they are truly terrible and a nest of bigots.

I wish i can give 0 star. The machine second time ate my debit card. I put money to my debit card and it showed me that transaction was not completed. Gave my card back, but didnt put money to my account. I should give my team salary today and it ate my money, i tried to call a several times to number that they gave me but there are long waiting line. Went to Bank of America tried to solve this problem, but no one helped me. Thats why it is my last day i use Bank of America debit or credit card. Definitely change my bank.

The customer service here is terrible. The staff is rude, and if it wasn't such a hassle to close my accounts I would.There's 2 older women with glasses just awful!

Don’t even try calling this place, no one ever answers the phone, it’s ridiculous. Tried to schedule an appointment for notary services because of course Bank of America online scheduler always has “system difficulties.” Unfortunately, this is the only nearby location apparently with notary services. Just go ahead a choose another bank other than Bank of America.

Literally just left this place after depositing a check inside the lobby. My family has been an account holder since 2008- asked Hispanic female if I could use the restroom, and she told me ‘no’. Why would you deny facilities to an account holder? She clearly saw the deposit receipt in my hand. Poor customer service.

Tried calling multiple times to inform them that I'm trying to make a couple large transactions over 2 grand each. No one picked up a single time to put me on hold or anything. The transactions I'm trying to make are important. I've been banking with them for years and the poor customer service is unacceptable. I work long hours so coming in after work is not an option. I would come in on the weekends but oh wait they're not open on weekends. Really frustrating. Basically trying to pay two things off but can't because these bozos can't pick up the phone to do a one time authorization so that I can make these transactions without putting a hold on my account. Also tried calling the auburn boa and same thing. These people need more training or if they are literally so busy they can't answer the phone, they should hire more help.

Miserable rude employees that did not even greet me or say hello when I walked in. No smiles. Just miserable faces. Girl that “helped” me was arrogant, condescending and obnoxious. Closing my account and heading over to chase!!

What a miserable place. The assistant manager Christina was rude. Calling two people from behind me in line after I waited for 15 minutes. Both white people doing the same transaction as me a black man stood there for an extra 10 minutes all to have the assistant manager tell me I couldn't cash a check with the bank I have been banking with for 12 years. Then this woman Christina tried to change her voice to sound more black I guess. What a degrading and disrespectful woman. Unreal

This bank is very sketchy at times , I had a business account and started to deposit all my checks there until one day I deposit $6,607 and the cashier put all my checks in the little machine , they gave me my receipt saying I had $6,607 the next day I was missing $1,261 and went back to go see what happened and they said they lost my checks or I filled out the wrong info but it was the cashier that filled out the check paper work I have the paper saying I deposit $6,600 and I went to go show it to them and they said that I only deposited $5,346 that day and it's been over a month and they still don't want to do anything about it, i felt like it was a good bank at first but I did not expect them to loose my money and if they did I didn't expect them to not do anything about it, I do not recommend this bank

Keep calling like 6 times no answer we really needed a temporary card because ours got lost and we went to 3other Bank of America and the wanted me to wait even though we were the before others
