Their communications were great (Jen) up until they got paid by the insurance company. Then communications were obsolete. We had to continuously contact them, leave messages, etc...
in order to follow up with the repair work. Their prep work and attention to detail was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. Even after the Manager (Rich Murphy) approved the completed job. I had to return our vehicle three times in order for them to complete the repair correctly under warranty. Even after the third repair, the job wasn't completed at 100%. Someone needs to sell this location some vision insurance ASAP, or fix the lighting in their shop. I would NEVER recommend this shop for repair work and will absolutely NEVER do business with them again.

Could not say enough good things about Jen and the rest of the staff at Caliber. From the first phone call to pick up- it was smooth sailing. Jen was informative at drop off, in contact with every update, and just made this entire process so easy. I would absolutely recommend Caliber.

Dont walk in even for the smallest job there booked out if you do choose them be prepared to not have your vehicle for a while and wait if even to get a estimste

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The receptionist was warm and friendly at both vehicle drop off and pick up. She was assisting multiple customers with varying needs simultaneously and with a smile on her face.
Michael, the estimator working my repair, was easy to work with. He sent frequent updates on the status of my repair & the team was able to complete my repairs several days earlier than expected despite a parts delay.
My vehicle itself looks amazing. I am thoroughly satisfied.

This is the second time I've used caliber for minor body repair. Customer service is always exceptional and the repair work is perfect. I hope I don't have to use them again but if I do I'm sure I will be just as satisfied.

Great experience here. Work was complete almost a week earlier than the estimate. Car looked great. Employee (Mike) was great - answered all my questions and kept me in the loop during the process.
