Carrie is the best! It’s nice to be able to call a bank where you’re not just a number, but they know who you are and what you do. I’m a business owner and can count on Carrie for anything big or small!

Two stars because the teller Sergei was competent and helpful. This is a review for the banker/business banker team ~ incompetence is an understatement...unfriendly, unresponsive, slow, cranky ~ imagine a prison warden and you are in the right mindset...go somewhere else if you want timely service or service at all. Columbia Bank is a much better local alternative.

Received a mailing regarding a bonus for opening a savings and/or checking account with Chase Bank. Called the bank to make sure that I would qualify for the bonus.. I told them that I previously received a bonus last year but closed the account this year... I was told that I could open another account and receive a bonus so I went to the bank, with my wife to open a savings account for each of us.. We listened to the banker's presentation about the benefits of banking with Chase. The benefits were not nearly as good as our primary bank so we told her that we would open account just to get the bonus. My application was processed. When the banker tried to process my spouse's application, it wouldn't process. Another banker came over to help. When he could not get the application to process, he questioned us why we were opening the account and started to belittle us and making us feel guilty for chiefly opening the account for the bonus. With both of us being retired and on fixed incomes, the bonus money would have helped. There was no reason for the second banker to interrogate us about our motives and make us feel like we were robbing the bank. This was a very unpleasant experience for both of us. Never was there an acknowledgement or an apology for their rude treatment even on the following day when I closed my account.

Yeah my mother was just in there today and walked out in tears because of the lack of compassion from the staff..her parents have been ill..lost her father and dog in the same week and they had to audacity to tell her those are just excuses for why she hasn't been in there for a month to discuss them taking out unauthorized funds from her account.. ya'll should be happy you're closed all ready because I will not stand for this lack of compassion and horrid customer service

Tristan at the Covington branch was great - very helpful and kind. Great contrast from the other experience we had at the Kent branch.

Thankful for the convenience of this branch inside Fred Meyer. Some times there can be a bit of a wait to work with a representative for more involved banking, but the team members I've worked with have always been very helpful and take care of things in a professional timely manner!
