1. Went in for my appointment 15 minutes early as another customer rolled in 30 minutes late. Other customer was taken care of first and rolled out 40 minutes before me.
2. Whoever drove my car into the garage roasted my clutch/gears so bad that it still stinks after driving all the way. Hoping that it doesn’t stink for much longer and didn’t absorb any permanent damage.
Solution:
1. Help customers who show up on time first.
2. If someone cant drive a manual, HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DRIVE IT INTO THE GARAGE! Don’t practice with customer vehicles.
I was honestly not expecting this from costco.
1 star gained by everyone being nice
1 other star just because your costco and i like everything else costco offers.

I went there to get a screw in my tire fixed. They said that they wouldn't fix the tire because I wrong rated tires for my car and that I needed to buy four new tires if I wanted it fixed. I went to three different places after this and no one ever heard of that before. Don't go here for tires. They will try to scam you into buying new tires. Awful. I just needed a patch on my tire to $11.00 and they wouldn't do it because they didn't like the rating my tires. I don't drive a race car and I don't speed, so I am sure my tires could handle 60mph, like they have for the last year.

Bought 4 new tires not even a year ago. Recently was at my dealership getting my upkeep taken care of and they pointed out that one of my tires was mounted backwards. We took it back to Costco where they put nothing in writing and re-mounted it. Then they forgot to inflate my tire! Now 2 weeks after this that same tire blew out, they claim I had to have hit something because my rim had a scrape. I have never had a pothole or a curb scrape full on blow out my tire wall. Even the mechanic who helped me change my tire was shocked. Costco said the warranty would not cover it and we had to buy a new tire. I will never go to Costco tire again! They are terrible!

Awful experience, very disappointing, not sure what happened to the tire center customer service and quality of work. They took literally whole day to check again the tires that they installed the day before … be aware I don’t recommend them

Workers should be better trained on EVs. Manufacturer said I could change 2 tires at a time due to staggered fitment and person who booked my appointment agreed. Then when I came for my appointment, different worker said I couldn’t because it would mess up the gearbox. Sir, this is an EV. He also said because I don’t have a spare that I have run flats. He even looked them up and no where did it say run flat, but he insisted they were. I’m glad he didn’t want to do it because his incompetence was showing.

Cheaper tires by couple hundred dollars only reason got two stars, otherwise would recommend going to “Professional “ tire shop like discount tire or something. Employees seem inexperienced and wasn’t a smooth experience overall.

Not sure what happened to the tire center customer service and quality of work. Very disappointing. Please be aware: Take pictures before you bring your car in and check before leaving the lot.

Damaged my rims during install, a lot of curb rash around the edges, left grease all over them, and tires were coated in white sludge. Not sure I'll buy tires from Costco again. It was sloppy work tbh. Not sure if it's just this location. Sloppy work.

This week I had to call this store 6 times, it was time for me to rotate my wheels that I bought from this store. Every time I called, they asked me to wait, and I listened to their moronic music for half an hour, in the end they simply switched off. Then I finally got through and in a screaming voice, asked them not to put me on hold, but to schedule me a day and time for service. Yesterday I was at the Cadillac dealer, where they changed my oil and serviced my car, they also replaced my tires. Today I once again called them to cancel my service, they again asked me to wait, after 15 minutes they disconnected. I no longer want to work with this store, and I will not recommend it to anyone. If you are so busy that you cannot make an appointment with a client, then hire more workers, because the small prices in your store are not small prices in your store ☝️???I had to call this store 6 times this week, it's time to turn the wheels over which I bought in this store. Why is it this is the only Costco tire center that isn't allowed to use air tools (wire wheel brush)? I have been told twice at this location that they can't solve the leak problem because the "Costco corporation officials" have outlawed wire wheels due to safety concerns. In the past year, I have had leaks in five different tires on two of my vehicles. I have had to return multiple times to try and resolve slow leak tire.Hear is the kicker. I bought brand new tires for a road trip across the country. I didn't really need to replace the tire i had, but i didn't want to have tire problems on my 8000-mile journey. The day before i left, i started having low pressure warnings. We had to delay our trip departure so the tire center could repair a leaking bead. I had nothing but tire problems on this trip. Slow leaks plague my journey. I would in the middle of nowhere, Utah. Two hours from the nearest town, and my tps would come on. I lost multiple days sitting at Costco Tire Centers across the country. One day in Idaho, two days in Utah, a day on San Antonio, Texas. Two days in dayton, ohio. At this point, every tire on my 2018 GMC yukon has been off multiple times for repair. Here's the deal. The tire installer in Covington assured me the problem had been fixed. He mentioned Corp Costco had outlawed wire wheel brushes due to safety concerns. This ban on tools made his task that much harder.Fast forward on my road trip. The tire technicians in Idaho Utah Texas and Ohio didn't get that Corp safety memo. They identified damage on the chrome wheel bead. (De-lamination) as the culprit. They cleaned up the bead best they could and ran a coat of bead sealant. Problem solved until I disturb that bead with new tire mounting. Now, onto my new tires that were just installed on my truck. Totally different vehicle. The only common denominator was Costco tire center technicians. I get a flat tire while up at my cabin in the mountains. I was able to fill the tire and get it home. A day goes by, and the tire is down to 10psi again.I take it into the Covington Costco tire center. They work on it for two hours. I go the pick it up and guess what? The technician tells me I have a slow leak at the tire steam due to corrosion. He can't fix it because Costco Corp has outlawed high-speed wire brush airtools. Why is the Covington Costco tire center the only tire center in the country getting this safety memo?Maybe I need to find another tire supplier for my fleet.Maybe the technicians in Covington need to grow a pair.I'm not impressed with the clowns working in Covington, that's for sure.If Costco is going to sell tires in Covington, they need to supply the technicians with the proper tools and training. I'm here to tell you that the other Costco tire centers I have visited seem to have the tools and training.Maybe Costco should move the tire technicians into handing out samples. The boys in the Covington tire center have been soaking their hands in Palmolive far too long.Ok. I'm stepping off my soapbox now. I guess I'm just another cranky old man. ? ? ?
