We have had our son here for six months. Since he's gone in we've seen immense improvements in his speech development and socialization. He is happy and loves his teacher. The center directors have been very communicative during this difficult period (COVID) and we appreciate them and the teachers. Honestly, I really appreciate all of them and all they do.

My daughter has been attending KinderCare for over 2 years now. Everyone who works here is wonderful and takes the time to learn every student’s name regardless of which class their in. The communication is always great. I can’t recommend them enough!

I'm surprised to see such negative comments. We have been attending KinderCare for almost 2 1/2 years and have had a wonderful experience. Heidi and Carol - the Center Director and Assistant Director- are always available to answer any questions or provide support. Everyone who works there, regardless of their role, makes an effort to learn every child's name and make them feel welcome. I highly recommend this facility.

Our little one has been attending here for over four years. Here she is learning and, most importantly, is loved and cared for by an amazing staff. We now even have our granddaughter there as well.

I can’t be grateful enough for Covington Kindercare for taking care of my little one when I’m working! (She’s a toddler, so very full of energy!) Ms. Michelle and all the toddler room teachers are very loving and caring. Overall, this daycare has a very caring environment (you just feel right when you walk in the door!) Their SecureAccess entrance gives me great peace of mind and just knowing the staff is very well versed on their roles in the center. Teachers are very involved with the class, I get lots of updates and pictures on daily activities on their new app and above all the staff is very consistent with safety procedures and classroom curriculum! I honestly feel like they care for my child like I would! Thank you all for your hard work!

The teachers are caring and work great with the kids. My baby is always happy to be dropped off, crawls away to go play with her friends, and in a good mood when I pick her up. They’ve done a lot of the work of helping her learn to use sippy cups and finger foods. And they do fun art projects. The directors are always available to answer questions and helpful.

My 6 year old loves everyone at this center, and insists on giving everyone morning hugs. I have always had a pleasant experience with the front office staff and director Heidi.

My Kids are currently enrolled in Kinder Care Covington, I absolutely love it here. My kids are loved by their teachers, it shows threw there interaction and just wanting to be there. The directors are very involved with the kids as well every morning my two run up for morning hugs. Teachers let me know what my children need to work on at home and give ideas. Kindercare is a safe, loving, educational, and friendly place for my kids!!

It was hard to make the choice to make the change from a place we had been for four years to a new facility but the staff at KinderCare made it easier. I asked A LOT of questions at the beginning and they never made me feel like I was pestering them (although I know I was). I appreciate them putting my mind at ease and taking such good care of my son. I would definitely recommend this center.

I have been taking my daughter here for the past year and it is fantastic. Always someone up front to greet and say good morning to you and your little one, very feiendly and caring sraff. Not a lot of turnover so that let's me know that they treat their team well. They all take a genuine interest in my child and how she is doing, we love it there!

My son went here, there amazing child care center. Saw a lot of progress with my son he is talking more still signing. which is great and being more self independent. I will miss taking my son here, unfortunately had to move him to a closer daycare for family reason it being to far.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I walked in to the facility and it smelled horrible, it was completely unsanitary. In the infant section they had no soap and no paper towels. The directors are rude to both the parents and the children. The food that they serve the kids are appalling. I have never seen a facility this disgusting. I felt bad for the kids having to live in such conditions. Do not go here.
