“I've had a really great experience with this credit union, and I have used them for two car loans. My truck was totaled and the gap insurance, Safe-Guard Gap, is dragging their feet on covering the gap(will never use them again), but my payment with Harborstone is due and I walked in and the manager, Dennis, was very helpful. He informed me of what will be happening with this loan, and he made me feel much better about not being able to cover my loan and told me that he will note my account so I don't get collector calls because of my situation. I have had great experiences both in person and over the phone and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.”
“This is probably my favorite bank to go to. Because of the great customer service. Ashley Woodie the Branch Assistant Manager there runs everything so smooth. I feel the family atmosphere here unlike other banks that i feel like they care more about taking my money than me. It feels great knowing i can always rely on Alaska. I always recommend my buddies to this Alaska branch and they always tell me how glad they are for signing up with them. 10/10 would definitely recommend giving them a try.”

He helped me through a lot of problems and we came up with a solution that was perfect for my new business which is a HELOC a low interest rate right now it's at 8%. That's better than credit card stacking and loans and stuff like that that I can do for my business. He was just very good at what he did and I would suggest people coming here to the Qualstar room branch for even their personal accounts”

“I can't tell you how great this bank is....I had to set up an estate account and am clueless regarding anything to do with finances. I had tried at another bank but came back to Tukwila. I had always banked there and had such good experiences I though, even though the estate was in another state I could at least know that the staff were good. Ashnil and Rob Williams (manager) set me up, explained the process so I understood it and were both kind and fun to work with...always available to answer all of my weird questions. I learned alot about how convoluted the system is and how good it is to have a bank that is able to walk you through all of the baloney. Between Asnil, Rob and Jose I was able to get through a ridiculous process without losing all of my sanity!! Thank you guys for your help!”

But most recently Verity'sreassurance for my account was given by the Auburn branch employees.I was hesitant to ask for help. However Mo(the very kind and capable gentleman at the first desk on the right), manged the entire matter with grace and ease! Thats no simple task.My problemswere not only attended to but all questions answered as well. I credit him for the rise in my scores (...had to be the different avenues I wasnt even aware existed.
