Ugh… I really hate leaving bad reviews. After expressing my dissatisfaction on their website about my previous wash and the leftover dirt following a Supreme wash, I was provided codes for another Supreme wash. It left dirt on half the car (see passenger side) today. The customer service is amazing and does what they can to make things right, but I am consistently leaving with a partially washed car due to the equipment having to finish the job at home.

Genuinely a terrible car wash. You’d get better results from a garden hose. Wash isn’t even strong enough to wash its own soap off. Car was still dusty afterwards… had this same experience multiple times now. Total waste of money.

Just went to this car wash and will never be going back. Paid for the most expensive option. 1st attempt thru, it sprayed half my truck with soap and nothing else. The arms passed by my truck 6 times and didn’t do anything, then it signaled wash was finished. I drive around and told the attendant, who told me to make sure I’m centered in the bay and mirrors folded (mirrors were folded the 1st time and I couldn’t have been more centered). He got me into another bay for my 2nd attempt…
On the 2nd attempt, it still only washed half my truck and i watched as not a drop of the “triple foam” touched my truck (just dribbled out onto the ground). Again, arms passed by my truck every time, but weren’t hardly spraying anything out.
I can understand if I did something wrong, or maybe it was just a bad bay, but to go thru two separate times in two different bays, and get the same garbage result…this establishment is ripping people off.
Truck is dirtier than before I used this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENT!!

My go-to for anytime car cleaning and washing needs - and I needs it a lot!! I appreciate and respect that despite the fact that lame people take advantage of their 24 hour accessibility and make a mess overnight that they have to clean up the next morning, they clean it and haven't punished the rest of us for the lame people who can't simply clean up after themselves. They stay open and straighten everything during their office hours. I only wish my usual location in Auburn had the shampoo machine too :( Mt carpets need some love haha

Horrible place and cheap car wash, will cause damage do your car. Been trying to get phone number of the VP for a couple weeks now and Morgan doesn’t want to share it.

Been going here for years. Took a small break because I moved to Seattle for 18 months. Moved back. NEVER going here again. So disappointed in the new “upgraded” bays. My car came out dirty, striped, and white soap residue everywhere. I could literally draw with my finger in the dirty dust left on my car. What a waste of money.

Waste of time and money! Out of the 4 times I tried this place, I only received one decent wash. The rest of the times, I could have sprayed the vehicle with a garden hose and would have gotten better results.

I will drive out of my way to go to this particular Elephant Car Wash. It's clean, well-lit, and hasn't been overcrowded anytime I have been there. I also love the fact that it is 24/7.
