As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how clean the lot was. When I entered the store the first impression was well maintained. Waiting area was clean with many chairs for customers to sit in.
I was greeted by the manager, as he confirmed my needs for the day, he also offered to do complete check of my GMC. took my information and said they will get me done as quickly as they can. As I went to waiting area, I asked for password for Wi-Fi, he said no password needed. This is very nice to have as a working person.
As I tried to get the TV to get a local news channel for a guest waiting, it was rather difficult as they were on Dish Network, this was only complaint I would have.
Once my vehicle was done, I was given information on possible upcoming needs on my GMC. Service was very good.

The 4 of 5 is because it was 2 hours for an oil change. The wait was a bit long but the price (with coupon) was GREAT. The store is 5 Stars - keep up the coupons I will keep coming.

I have 4 appointment times in a 6 day period. 1st appointment Sunday 25th, when I got there, they did not record of my appointment time and turned me away until Tuesday. On Tuesday, store called off my appointment because they were short staffed. Moved my appointment to Friday at 3pm. I had to leave work to make appointment time. 2.5 hours into appointment I am informed they do no have to tools to remove my front wheels abs rescheduled me to the following morning (Saturday). Saturday morning they did not have record of my appointment time that I was told was set for Saturday at 8am, but took my truck in anyhow. Work was done almost 4 hours later. Was giving a verbal quote of about $80 to mount and balance 2 tires, but the total was almost double that. I wanted to give firestone a try, but after the 6 days I spent to try to get 2 tires mounted and the miscommunication, lack of customer service and being unprepared shows me that from management to tech this store is unorganized
