Like another reviewer, I'm pretty shocked at some of the bad reviews. I've used pretty much every other pharmacy there is and have now been using Fred Meyer in Covington for about 4 or so years. And I cannot say enough good things about them! They are truly the best pharmacy I've ever used. When you call, they answer immediately. When there's anyone in line, every employee available will hop on a window to help. Even if there's only two people in line and one is being helped, someone else will always immediately hop on a window to help the one other person. The customer service here really is above and beyond.
I also have certain regular prescriptions that tend to get discriminated against. I've had plenty of other pharmacies try to play doctor instead of MY doctor and try to dictate for themselves what I should and should not be taking and when, and just generally treat me poorly based on my prescriptions. That has NEVER happened here.
I have actually never had a bad experience here ever. On top of making sure everyone - in person and on the phone - is helped as quickly as possible, the staff here are always kind and courteous and never judgemental. I'm not sure what has happened with the other people who have said they've had bad experiences, but that actually makes me a little sad because I am so grateful and appreciative of the people who work here. They are amazing and I've never had such a wonderful experience with a pharmacy - ever.

I booked a vaccine appointment and when I arrived in time I was told I have to wait an hour for the 5 walk-ins that showed up ahead of me. I don't think that's how appointments work.

the worst pharmacy, they constantly forget to collect the medicine, they collect 30 tablets for two days, and each time they ask to wait 20 minutes,

I’ve been going here at least 15 years, I’ve never had an issue! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. I moved to another city but I still travel to this pharmacy for my prescriptions because it feels like home

You know. My parents have used this pharmacy for a long time. I've never had an issue here until my own pharmacy shut down and I was dumb enough to switch. There is an INCREDIBLY rude girl here who has no business in customer service period. The amount of disrespect and impatience that came out of her treating a customer like they were stupid is beyond me. I should have asked for the name because she wouldn't have a job once I'd be done with her.

I've been using Walgreens for years but the one across the street would delay my prescription over and over with empty promises. I switched to Fred's and I've had zero issues in the last several months.

I have had too many poor experiences at this Fred Meyer. I just left the store in tears as the app doesn't work inside apparently. When I tried to show the store manager my issues she suggested I go through the ads before I get inside the store or leave (after shopping for an hour) and go try to load my digital coupons and come back. Really? Life is so busy and I don't think of browsing my FM. app and adding things until I see them in store. That isn't the way everyone works. Also, what about those who don't even have a smart phone or enough storage to add more apps (especially seniors or those with fixed or lower incomes). You are going to exclude them because they can not access the "digital" coupons? Why aren't these coupons just added to our club cards or at least also offered in the paper ads? This is just such a terrible way to do business IMO. First we lose the rebates and now the app (which we can't even access in your stores) won't work. I was in line and the people directly in front of me, and the lady behind me were also having app issues. It makes for longer wait times, over paying and having to get in the return line, and very frustrated customers. Your system is broken, please fix it.

I’m shocked that this FM Pharmacy location doesn’t have better reviews!! I honestly love this specific Fred Meyer pharmacy and think they’re the best I’ve had my prescriptions filled here every month for years now. They’re always so helpful and friendly (I wish I could remember her name but the younger girl with light blonde hair is the absolute sweetest, she remembers me every time I come in and gets my prescription for me by the time I make it to the counter. Everyone here is honestly so kind) and they always fill my prescriptions quickly. If once in a blue moon it takes them a little bit longer than you’d like to have your rx ready just give them a break, they’re busy and I’m sure that it’s probably beyond their control. And if you’re asking them to do something that they legally cannot do or you’re trying to get them to make an exception for you, that’s on you and isn’t their fault or if they don’t have your medication in stock, it’s obviously going to take a bit longer, but even then they still quickly order it for you and have it there as soon as they can within their control. Basically every other pharmacy I’ve ever used besides this one has been pretty terrible in comparison.
