Levi and Alli are about as lazy as they come.
Very unpleasant experience dealing with those 2 knuckleheads at returns

Ally and Levi are lazy and incompetent.
Returning unused tiles, bought by the box but all have SKUs and sold individually - standard stuff; you refund for the box and charge for the missing pieces. Done it 5+ times over the years, never been an issue because it's retail 101.
I explained to Levi how that works (been doing this as long as he's been alive) after him saying it's not possible, he checks with his coworker "Alli" or "Ally", something along those lines (working returns on 7/25/24 at 11:07am) and she said "yeah the customer is right, just charge him for the individual tiles then refund the box".
Then Levi says "ooohhhhh but we can't today, we're doing inventory today, you'd have to come back tomorrow, we can only give you store credit today".
Then Alli chimes in with another "ooohhh yeah, we can't refund you today, only store credit unless you come back another day".
I just took the store credit but the laziness and lying and weaseling to avoid having to spend a couple more minutes making the return work with them "doing inventory today" just left a bad taste in my mouth and is so indicative of the attitude of this location that I had to write a review.

I placed an order on July 11th with the delivery scheduled for July 20th. I received an email notification on the delivery day, July 20th, that the order was two stops away. About 45 minutes later, I received another email notification that the delivery had to be rescheduled for July 23rd due to the assigned truck being too small to carry the order. This significantly disrupted our schedule, which was planned around the original delivery date. The store offered to refund the delivery fee, but this has not been processed yet.
Edit (2024-07-21): My order was delivered July 20th after calling the store and writing this review. Additionally, I can see the credit for the delivery fee in my bank account. While I'm glad that the situation was able to be resolved, I feel that I should not have had to call in and write this review. Since they were eventually able to get a truck to fit my items and deliver them on the requested date, I would have preferred they did this in the first place.

I live in Covington and go to this home depot for many different things: paint, repairs, yard work. Overall, I like it. It's clean and well stocked. My wife loves their selection of plants here. I would say the biggest downside to this store is to find a person who can help if you have questions.

There is only self-checkout. So after looking for your items, collecting them, and going to the front, then you suddenly are hired as a checkout person. Where’s my employee discount?

I did a bathroom remodel with Home Depot. Once the job completed, I’ve been charged multiple times on my credit card by the Covington Home Depot. I’ve been left to dispute the charge with my bank. The store manager at Covington hasn’t been helpful at all. Overall a very frustrating ordeal.

You have motion detector security lights inside. Why not use them in the parking lot instead of leaving it almost completely dark for the night delivery drivers?
