Karen, my tax associate in Covington is amazing when it comes to finding discounts and deductions... This is why I've gone back to her the past 3 years... The low rating is for the major increase on fees and the fact that they do add-on services without talking to you first.... In addition to clueless front desk personnel.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My sister received a letter from the IRS stating that she owes over $900 to the government because they never filed her 2022 taxes. She paid them over $400 last year just for them to not only forget to file them for over a year, but also not have the information on the paperwork correct. They just filed her 2022 taxes this year and never informed her of their mistake. She had to find out on her own from logging into her account online. She only used their service because she had lived in Canada and had international tax forms, so if anyone is in the same situation, don't choose to file with this company. My family & I have completely lost trust in this business.

Do not work with Karen. Hints the nane "Karen". She is very rude. She knows what she's doing but does not need to work hand and hand with customers. She talks like she hates what she does and gets angry when you ask questions. Maybe it's because of race, maybe not, but I do know that her customer service skills suck.

I did my taxes here in Covington all because of my previous tax professional, Ms. Karen. She is absolutely wonderful and willing to answer all your questions. She previously helped me when she worked at the Tacoma location and I will gladly drive anywhere to have her do my taxes again! Also, the front desk ladies were extremely polite and kind. I will be coming back here again.

The lady I worked with was not able to help me, I was constantly spelling out basic words to her, asking why things were and receiving blank stares, all to be told after my hour long appointment that I need to go online and submit everything again.

We had a good time with this location doing our taxes. They were knowledgeable, and friendly. They offered additional services but weren't too pushy when we didn't have the money to upgrade. Overall they left a good taste in our mouths and we'd definitely recommend them to a friend.
