The Covington Jiffy Lube knows their stuff. The garage is very organized and clean. They had my oil change done in less than 15 minutes. The team members made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They did not try to pressure me into other services they offer. I will continue being a repeat customer for life.

Pulled up at 5:24 PM tonight, James came out to greet me, he was very pleasant but I was told “We are basically closed for the night, we are cleaning.” Um, ok? Looked at the hours on the door and it showed 8-6pm. Who turns away business? Just needed a quick oil change, but no such luck. Won’t got back.

I bring my car exclusively here to this Jiffy Lube in Covington. The staff are pleasant and my car is done in a timely fashion. They also do more than just oil changes, so keep that in mind when you are looking for service for your vehicle.

Quick and efficient service on my Toyota, prices seem higher than I remember they were with my last service but what can ya do with inflation.. they always seem to have coupons which help!

Excellent service!
Just rolled in for an oil change, 20 minutes before they closed too ?
The guys were working and one checked the air filter. I had just got this old car used and when he pulled it out, there was 4-6 inches of dirt and debris and old wasps nests dangling from it!
He vacuumed out the airbox and got me a new filter and they completed the service, suggesting a few more things that needed doing.
SO glad I came by, they did great work. I was in and out in... a jiffy... haha

I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in 4+ years, so I decided to try this one.
Feed back.
1. People in the car can hear you cursing to each other under / around the car. Keep it professional please. I get it but, kids can be in the car.
2. Explain why you need a customers personal information before asking for it. "Hey fill this portion out." But why?
3. While your checklist behavior is professional and I would expect it to catch 99% of the common gotcha's, my car was left with the plastic under panel not being fully re-attached. This caused me to drive home, check your work, come back and have your team finish the job. Please add it to your checklist.
Otherwise it was a okay experience,

We had our second extremely positive experience with this location. The young men were very polite, however, the manager, Rail, surprised us and went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you so much for what you did for us and our son's blue ford explorer!

These people go above and beyond on, making sure your car concerns and efficiency is fully looked into and resolved all while, keeping a very, very affordable price. RAIL is the person who helped me and his crew deserve a 10 out of 10. This is the best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to! Thank you very much.
