ATM machine not working. Went in to the bank and waited for 20 minutes and no one helped me withdrawal cash! Horrible service

The lady didn't put the code correctly and I didn't get the promo of 250 dollars. I told them I wanted to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND they told me they will have to charge me a fee for that!!!!!MAKES 0 SENSE! THIS BANK IS REALLY BAD.

This is hands down the worst bank I have ever worked with in my entire life. Literally the most disrespectful, lazy non responsive staff. I have been lied to, dismissed and mistreated on multiple occasions. I will be closing all accounts with this bank. Their "No-Hassle" accounts have been nothing but headaches, hours long phone calls and hidden fees. This is not a bank, these people are thieves.

They kept us waiting for half an hour and asked us to come next day though i made sure by calling them before i walk in! Such a poor service! I would like to escalate on this issue

Stopped in today a few hours ago to inquire about interest rates on various account types for a future investment. I waited in the lounge area and watched many people receive assistance, someone walked over to the "relationship executive" and received help, (basically cut in line in front of me). The so-called relationship executive made eye contact with me several times prior and did not once acknowledge me or offer assistance. Taking my business elsewhere!

I overdraft my account 3 or 4 dollars without knowing it I checked my account and it's says I'm overdraft $217 on top of all the unknown fess I paid it with no problem then I wanted to overdraft 200 in cash they said they couldn't do it because there losing money please shut this bank down

I called in requesting the curancy exchange rates for Canadian dollars. I spoke with Jennifer, she told me the rate changes all the time. I told he I understand that I just want a general idea what the rate will be. She said "I don't know" I said can you please find an answer for me. She asked if I had my account number handy, I said no, I can provide my social security number. She the said "I just don't want to do it over the phone becuase it changes." She did let me know I get a better rate as a member. I just wanted an overall idea of what it's going to be, I made sure she knew that I understood it can shift. Kinda frustrating, it felt like she just didn't want to take the extra step to help me. I just opened my accout with key bank and this is one of the first interactions I have had with them. Hopefully I recived better service today when I visit the branch.

Helped me to get coins converted when no one else in town would help me because I'm out of town. Very wonderful customer service here.
