Please don't come to this place. They're abusive. They sell you overpriced, neglected items and then buy them for next to nothing. I brought a lot of my baby girl's clothes—almost new, just a few months old—and some older clothes from brands like Nordstrom, Zara, Columbia, and North Face. I also had 17 pairs of shoes, 19 beautiful, clean, almost new dresses, and baby toys. They offered me $40 for everything. I laughed and said I'd take my things. The owner gave me a nasty look, was rude, and seemed to be talking to someone else in secret. It's a rip-off! Don't go if you don't want to waste your time. Sell your own things instead! Run away from this place!

This was the first time I visited this store, and left with a bitter experience and my biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before visiting.
DO NOT GO for selling your items!!
After 40 minutes of drive, reached their store. Had 13 toys in total with 3 brand new and rest gently used working toys. Was informed that there is a wait time of 4 hours or maybe more.
After waiting for an hour or so requested to review the items. Post review all they offered me for everything was $24 cash or $28 store credit!! When I said no for selling the items, the lady in charge made a face and murmured something, which seemed rude!
Even buying wasn’t a great experience as items seemed overpriced.
Will never be stepping foot in this store again!! Overall, a highly not recommended place for selling.

For selling your items DO NOT GO..I repeat DO NOT GO. It’s a waste of your time. I called ahead and asked if they took a specific type of item, they said yes, I got there 30 min drive, they don’t take that type of item..it was brand new too. Anyway, had a few other things they would take but they offered only $20 for 3-5 items so about $5 an item for VERY gently used like new items, im talking used one time lol and one item sells used on Amazon for $125 but they offered only $5. So maybe an ok place to shop but not to sell and their staff is obviously not trained since they seem to repeatedly give out wrong info as you read in reviews.

Selling there is not pleasant. After selling some items and browsing for a bit I overheard staff gossiping about sellers and complaining about how they weren’t following policies. If sellers don’t understand your policies it might be because your staff hasn’t done a well enough job of explaining the policies. It’s very poor customer service on their part and if I were the owner I would be concerned that my employees were making customers feel uncomfortable. The shopping experience here is not worth it in my opinion. The store is messy, disorganized, and not worth the bad vibes. Do yourself a favor and just go shop/sell elsewhere.

Staff was okay. They need to work on customer service skills a little bit more.

I can't speak to prchasing from them but when it comes to selling i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I called beforehand to ensure they would take what I had they told me they would and actually needed a couple of the things I listed. So I wasted gas that I need to get to work this week driving twenty minutes to the establishment to be told they will only take two of the things, okay whatever I guess because one of those things was a basically brand new Graco car seat bought in the summer of 2024 in perfect condition. When they called back with the offer they informed me one of the two things they said they would look at they didn't want and only offered me $21 for the car seat.
Edit because I can seem to find a way to reply to the response given by the store: The bath chair wasn't missing anything, it was purchased on Amazon and came with only a cushion for the head, which was on the chair when it was given. And as for the car seat I find it laughable you say there is wear, because there is genuinely not a scratch or stain on it ANYWHERE. And those car seats go for over $250 for just the car seat, $21 is not 40% of that

DON’T ever sell stuff here. My sister brought in a bunch of stuff, including two diaper bags which retail around $150 each. She got a phone call that they were keeping 8 items, including the 2 diaper bags, for $26.
If you don’t agree with their appraisal, you don’t get your items back so you can decide to keep the cash or get store credit. That alone should be illegal.
After they call you about your appraisal, you have 24 hours to pick up your cash/credit and the items they’re not taking. Another thing that should be illegal.
They also kind of breeze past the part of the contract that explains exactly how it works when they go through it with you.
I live local to the store so I went in to pickup for my sister. Upon pickup, I questioned how two diaper bags retailing over $300 + 6 more items netted $26. The owner/manager (a woman with very dark hair & no name tag) paused for a long time after my questions with absolutely no good response. First she said “I wasn’t here over the weekend.” What does that have to do with my question? She kept cautiously saying, “We give you a percentage of what we can sell it for.” Ok, I understand that but they gave her $3.25 for each item and I know they will sell the two bags for more than $20 each. She confirmed they would. Finally, she said, “There’s nothing I can really do after it’s been processed.” Great customer service (sarcasm.) I have twins and consigned a lot of their clothing, I’ve had way better experiences than this place.
The only reason this place has such high ratings is because people who had terrible experiences selling gave it more stars for the shopping experience.
They should start treating their sellers better or they’ll end up with no product to sell. The prices of what they sell aren’t that great and are just a little under retail. My sister already said she’d try selling in one of those mom to mom type sales vs ever coming back here.

Don't bring anything, if you want to sell here they are abusive, they sell your very expensive items and the clothes you are wearing and they give you a pittance, I prefer to give my things to a second-hand store for a voucher than to take them to this place, I will never bring anything again.

I have had only positive experiences here, I love that what they don't buy they will donate, and the employees have always been nice and let you browse without asking if you need help 100 times, great prices and I have recommended this place to everyone I know with small children. I look forward to every time I come in. Thanks!!

Normally, I have a good experience here, but when I went earlier this week, the employees were very rude and Talked crap about customers the whole time I was in the store selling my items. If people called they would talk crap about them or people dropping off their items. They would talk crap about the items.better luck selling your stuff on facebook or offer up
