Unreliable. They confirmed care then one shows up and no space. Disappointed.

Called to get information on tuition and the customer service rep over the phone seemed very impatient and not interested in helping. If I’m going to be dropping my child off somewhere I would at least like to feel comfortable about it. First impression is everything even if it starts over the phone!
