For every good experience we have had a bad one. This latest one Sadly was the final straw for my family. I have provided more detailed information directly to their management for honesty sake and that’s really the end of the conversation. Only reason I am putting this statement here is due to Les Schwab’s system asking me to do so. Hope your team learns and does better for your other customers.

Thank you Jon for doing what you could to fix my car’s problem. I appreciate that you didn’t do what I brought it in for, telling me it was not necessary & that the issue is in the computer module, not the fluid reservoir. And no charge for the time you spent was very much appreciated!

I have done lots of business here over the years, some not so good experiences and many good ones. Cody makes my experiences great!!! He is so customer service oriented and always wants to take care of the customer. He has helped me many times now over the past few years and every experience has been amazing. He leads by example so I hope the young guys up there follow his lead! He is a great representation of the values that Les Schwab advertises!

I'm writing this review to give a little accolades for William who helped on my Toyota Highlander when I brought it in other day for a rotation and balance check. He was helpful , professional and not pushy. I remember when I was younger feeling like when I came into Les Schwab they'd somehow cook up a $700 bill (which at the time was a lot of money) and basically hold your car hostage under the premise of it being a liability for them to not do the work . But it's nice to see that things have changed and William is an excellent addition to the team at Covington Les schwab.

We brought a vehicle in on a very bust Saturday, after we could not figure out what was causing the clanking sound from the rear tire. The techs inspected it and put it back together to drive it to hear the noise and took the tire off again to inspect it until they found the crack in the rotor and then they spent the afternoon calling around to find the rare rotor we needed. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road in what could have been a dangerous situation had they not found the hidden damage to the rotor! Thank you!

Les Schwab of Covington once again had rendered an exemplary customer service in times of emergency! I was in and out within more or less an hour with a new tire in replacement of unrepairable flat tire without extra cost! They stand by their warranty as promised, no further questions asked! I commend all staffs, today I have encountered Grant of front desk, Kyle over the phone that let me know to bring in the car same morning, Easton who took care of replacing the tire! The Covington branch has 9-bays and an extra one for trucks! Their Hankook EV tires has better warranty (5-years/50k miles), than, Michelin EV tires, (2-years/20k miles); better quality too! From Costco Tire Center Loyal customer, I am now a forever Les Schwab Tire Customer, thanks to my hubby who talked me into it!

I was headed out of town to Colorado to drive my dad home and I noticed that one of the tire gauges registered low so before getting out in the middle eastern Washington I decided to pull off Hey 18 and see if Les Schwab could take a look. They did right away and found a piece of metal in the tire. They fit us in on a busy Thursday afternoon, repaired the tire and then told my dad it was complementary. Even though he is 93, our family will be buying our next set of tires from Les Schwab. Thank you for your great service even though we were not from Covington.
