I could not be happier with the customer service I received from the two ladies working here. I came in to ship my step fathers personal effects, and his ashes to his children after my mom passed away. They were such a huge help in getting my items boxed up and shipped off to the correct address. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I left there feeling very thankful for them. And having a Crumbl next door so I could eat my feelings afterwards certainly helped.

Went in to get few of my documents notarized, the store manger Ana was really helpful and very informative. She even waited for 30 min past the store closing time to get my documents done, never felt like being rushed.
I also noticed how she was helping others to get their stuff done.

We went in and asked if they do passport photos. They do! I wish I knew her name - we had the best experience with the petite girl with long, dark hair. She was very knowledgeable not only about that, but also other unrelated questions we had. Very pleasant and professional experience and we were on our way with photos in hand a few minutes later. Thank you!

I contemplated not writing a review... In fear that everyone will know that this may be the best hidden gem in town! Muhammad and his staff have helped me with multiple projects from printing banners for my small-business to notary services. He really cares for his customers. I needed to print something important quickly, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a business that could help me. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find this business, which was able to print my document quickly and respectfully.The owner was very friendly and helpful, and he took the time to explain my options to me. He also made sure that my document was printed correctly!I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs quick printing or mail services. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, and he will go out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with your printing job.

Best, most caring print services in Covington. Mail services are very objective and cut & dried. Printing is not, and Mohammad and his staff do an amazing job!

Please avoid going to this store. I went there to print a shipping label and the guy told me its 1$ , I simply said wow it is1$ and he comes with his attitude and pulls the printed paper out of my hand and walks away saying I don’t wanna sell it to you. What a joke is this store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Made my morning very bad . Please don't go here .

I am beyond impressed with the level of service . The attention to detail with packing our fragile family heirlooms was incredible . The signage both handwritten and labeled was clearly stated which side was up. ! Parcels arrived two day ahead of schedule .Superb service !!!!

Horrible customer service - whoever the guy is there with a hat is RUDE and condensendong. I unfortunately was unable to get my paper trimmed because he was so rude. I walked out and will not be supporting their business! Customer service is a joke - I had a simple ask and was very nice about it but will not be treated with disrespect for no reason.
