“I visited this clinic at 11am on a Thursday for routine bloodwork and was the only patient there. The phlebotomist was approachable, patient as I navigated the processes, and gentle with the draw. The facility is a lot smaller than the one they had in North Auburn but I had a pleasant experience.”
“I bought a basic blood check up at other service, it was hard to pick where I want to have a blood test done because of reviews. A lot of them a negative ones…
I came in, check in with my id at machine, in 4 minutes I was called to pass the test.
Mikayla did a great job, asked which hand I prefer, asked if I want count down… it happened in a second, no pain, no bruises, literally minute.
I spent 10 minutes for this test.
More than satisfied. Regret only about one thing - didn’t take photos of all processes so other would worry less, than I did.”

“Nothing spectacular but the ladys are just doing there job and doing it correctly. If you want to be in and out come here with an appointment. If you want a place that connects with you go somewhere else. As far as getting lab work done. I dont remember the ladys name but she was to find a vein in my arm thats a difficult stick, she gentle, and informative.”

I have had many many blood draws the last few years, and I cannot say how much I appreciated her good attitude, great stories (perfect distraction during the draw), and quick and efficient blood draw. She was so great the first time I met her, that I drove out of my way the second time to make sure I came back. She is fantastic, and I will get my blood drawn here every time because of her. Sending a thank you to Clara for making my last two draws so smooth!”

“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”

“Was seen quickly by a very pleasant young man. Blood draw was perfect and done quickly. I had a fasting blood draw, my appointment was at 8:50AM I arrived early since I was concerned about traffic. I was called in right away and home before my actual appointment time.”
“One has ran out of test but second one was open and good. Got there tested and got results in less than an hour. Didn't even make it home before I got results. Wasted time going to first spot thats why 4/5. Staff was fast and professional”

I haven't had problems here.
Worst was phlebotomist putting in needle wrong and having to retry it
No issues here; just a long wait”
