“Pleasant experience! Always schedule an appointment, you're there so much quicker. My appointment was for 11:45, I got there earlier and checked in through my phone, I got called at 11:25. I was out of there even before my actual appointment. It was my first time today at this location and the people are nice. I'm not sure but I think there are more than one phlebotomist when usually the ones I go to only have one and they get super busy. It does seem to get busy at this location as well, I'm assuming it's also because they're super close to the hospital. No one has mentioned about the parking or location, but basically, park at lot E, and enter The Medical Arts Center building and LabCorp is literally in the room directly in front of you.”
“Arrived 10 minutes early and was brought back right on time. The appointment itself only took about 10 minutes, and I was on my way shortly after. The doctor who drew my blood was incredibly friendly, and we had a great conversation throughout the visit. The office was clean, located in a pleasant building, and very convenient to get to. Overall, it was a quick and efficient experience.”

“First time walk-in this lab, . Arrived at 8 minutes to noon, they close for lunch at noon. Filled out the information at the kiosk. In the lab chair at 5 minutes to noon. Clearly, Cecelia,my phlebotomist was going to have to work overtime because the lab order had to be emailed. That took a minute or two. I told her she should go to lunch and I’d come back in an hour, not wanting her to miss lunch. But Cecilia stayed and it was the most efficient, painless blood draw I’ve ever had. I have small veins that roll around. Usually phlebotomists can’t find it first try so they have to stick the needle in and twist it around. But fabulous Cecilia found the vein immediately, first try. Kudos and thanks!”

“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”
