I have been twice. Both times have been okay but not great. They over book and dont take your name or number when you call in for an appt. We called for an appt but still had to wait almost half an hour with minimal interaction or discussion about being late. Just welcome in, we have an appt, okay. And we waited.
They have a lot of colors but all the colors I picked they couldn't find so I had to keep picking colors which was annoying.
Over priced in my opinion for how long my mani/pedi lasted. My gel mani peeled up 9 days later and my toenails chipped less than a week later. They were cute when I first got them which was nice I guess.
We had gone for my daughter's birthday and she got a full set of nails and the girl who did them was rushed and did an okay job. Not the best. We decided to not go back when we get our nails done again.

Had to forse them to redo all nails, anyway after that my nails look like shavel, thick and ugly V-Shape, and my natural nails are perfect, they cut me with nail file that they don’t disinfect after others! My fingers hurt after this manicure. Had to cut my cuticle myself. Was there 2,5 hours and they were still not doing what I asked, seems like they are blind and don’t see what they are doing. I know it’s not Russian manicure, but still, can’t you see what are you doing? you are not doing it for free, I paid $71. The design and shape looks different of both arms. Had much better experience with the similar Vietnamese salons for lower price, faster and not correcting anything.

This was my first time here. I liked that they offered a cold bottle of water before the start of my service. Tina did an amazing job on my deluxe pedicure with gel polish. I am very sensitive and have arthritis and I did not have a problem with Tina being so rough or my legs being in an uncomfortable position for a long period of time. I will return when it is time for my next pedicure.

It’s ok. Honestly I hate the fact that every time you ask for something they are trying to up sale you like for a pedicure for example you ask for what you want and they push and push you to upgrade. I got a fill on my acrylics which were not shaped correctly to begin with, and I was asking for them to fix the shape which went to bickering back and fourth about they don’t think it’ll look good and then I finally said ok then just do oval and they say ok we’re gonna charge 5 dollars to reshape 🤣 it’s just ridiculous. This is why I stopped getting my nails done to begin with, I hate having to bicker about them doing what I’m requesting and then at the end it doesn’t turn out what I wanted. I won’t be returning here. Not only that but their attitudes suck.
