This lady at the pharmacy at the reception she is unbelievable rude And unprofessional I never see something like that my whole life I don’t know how they get those people in those sensitive spot people come to the pharmacy. They are sick. And the reception lady just treat everybody rudely Worst lady, I ever see my whole life and at the end My medicine never ready and I’m on Pain I told her that she say is not my problem So my advice just order your medicine anywhere else this is smoke shop not Pharmacy( if you don’t like your job just quit)

This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever dealt with been getting my prescriptions filled here for over 40 years and for about the last three years it’s gotten really bad every time I try to get my prescriptions refilled online they always say contact pharmacy when I have done that in the past they been really rude and unprofessional couple weeks times they hung up on me looks like it’s time to get a divorce from them and move on due yourself a favor and think twice about getting your prescriptions filled here

Absolute trash. They let you pay for same day delivery and then don't deliver. Then when you call, they say they don't offer same day after already charging you for it. They are also extremely rude. Instead of trying to solve anything, they cancelled my prescription delivery at 8 PM ! after waiting all day. Why bother wasting people's time?

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Just switched pharmacies because EVERY TIME I come to this one it's a nightmare. I get told 20 minute wait, but it ends up being closer to 45, then they're irritated with me for checking in. Staff is always snarky and rude. Tired of being treated badly for simply picking up prescriptions for my family. Bye, see ya never!

Completely unhelpful they treated me like I was a burden or annoyance. Obviously, they’re not happy with where they work. Customer service 2/10. Wish I had just gone to RidAid or Bartels.

I really like the pharmacist, but the manager Does not seem very empathetic and somewhat arrogant and not very helpful. I’ve never had a problem with Safeway until I started using this particular Safeway. I ended up transferring to another pharmacy.

AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE. Every time I go here it’s such an unpleasant experience. Just talked to MICHELLE on the phone she completely cut me off what I was trying to explain to her , HORRIBLE attitude.They once also argued with me on a medication and what it was for as if I wasn’t the one getting prescribed it I was just passing information that my Dr told me.if you want to struggle with prescriptions and get treated like trash this is the place for you.

DO NOT COME HERE! I have never had a positive experience. They are all rude and act like you are such an inconvenience. Michele is extremely rude and doesn’t want to help any issue. Extremely condescending. Complained to the manager. They have never been friendly in all of the years coming here and we won’t be back again. Previous reviews show the same issue with Michele and the pharmacy.

I spoke to Michele in the pharmacy on 12/14, and it was clear that she hated her job. She refused to help me refill my prescription and questioned me repeatedly. She was also incredibly condescending.I'm not sure what's going on with her but she shouldn't be working with the public.

I'm gonna sound like a "Karen" but this has to be said everyone else be warned I don't want you to deal with this like I have to! Why the hell did rite aid have to close! because Safeway pharmacy is by far the worse pharmacy I had to deal with the pharmacy technician(s) think they are the pharmacist (the pharmacist is the only nice one besides the African American pharmacy tech she and another white tech sorry about only going by ethnicity I don't know their name!) The rude technician who answered my call yelled at me and was very rude and due to the fact I made a mistake on a prescription name because of a seizure which caused a concussion and confused me earlier she accused me of trying to fill a prescription early and said I was "always trying to fill early" well to her the times I did fill early it was due to being out of town and another time was due to the meds being ruined and the last time being because my doctor okayed the fill just like every fill and so did my insurance company and she still acted like SHE specifically had authority of my seizure meds she believes she's higher up than the doctor, pharmacist and insurance company combined lol so enjoy being a employee that takes your frustrations out on your customers we are the only reason you're employed like a another Safeway employee said to me, I am always nice and thank you guys and say sorry even for things that are not my fault! You lied and said the rite aid never responded to the transfer and I found out you lied by calling rite aid they said SAFEWAY NEVER CALLED OR ATTEMPTED TO!because you Safeway said "I've already called a while ago and rite aid never responded to our request! Then when I called back and said I wasn't trying to be a burden you said "no no the pharmacist is on hold right now 2 times, you never told me that when I first called how long it would take you said "we will do it now!',you just did it after i checked in after 2 to 4 hours and I understand I'm not then only patient and not the center of the universe but don't lie") Lol tell the truth and get a better attitude or quit your freaking job!and stop taking it out of other people I know you know who I am and I don't care I'm calling corporate and putting in a complaint against you specifically! Say what you want but depending on the circumstances I will not fill at your pharmacy again and if I have to (I pray not!) because I'm disabled and don't have a car and unfortunately you're the closest I will request never to deal with you! so to everyone at Safeway pharmacy and even the rude technician have a wonderful day!!!

The prescription was ready to pick up but the lady at the front desk was we need to confirm the usage instructions with the Dr first and she said we are unable to get in touch with the dr but when i called myself it took me a min to get connected. But still she said we need to talk and make sure. She made me wait more than an hour. Worst pharmacy.
