We've had an okay experience with this Starbucks location. They've never screwed up on our drinks, their hours are good. No company's.

Walk in at 7 and she shuts the lights off yells out we are closed when the hrs. On Google maps say they close at 8pm

I didn't want to write this, but I feel it's important for those working here and those grabbing drinks here. The amount of times the regular staff didn't show up and someone from Safeway had to cover, is a lot. But when there are new people by themselves and are not properly trained or perhaps paying attention, it makes things worse on the customer. I have a sensitivity to caffeine. So when I ordered a non coffee drink, I was given coffee on several occasions because they mixed up the syrups or forgot it was a hot chocolate. Please make sure staff is writing the order down, because this last order I looked at my drink and the barista didn't and it was a mix up of syrups again. I also didn't recognize her as my regular, so I'm starting to avoid coming to this location based on how often this is now happening. Plus side to this location is that all the regular people are friendly and nice. I just can't keep having this happen and I did discuss this previously with the regular staff, so they are aware. Thank you for reading.

It was mid to late afternoon...I'm starting to realize I gotta have me some Starbucks. I stopped by for the usual...and suddenly life was good! A Carmel Frappuccino does it every time!

The lady was very rude she said that we charge for ice just because I took a while for my order even tho I bought 7 drinks and I said I wanted ice and she said we charge $1 per drink for ice I would never go here ever again

At least when I went there was only one human lane open and that was for 15 items or less. If you had more you had no choice but to use their new self checkout system! Doesn't work well in a grocery environment where you have lots of produce which doesn't scan so you have to look it up and a tiny bagging area. I used to be okay paying higher prices here (than say WinCo) because they bagged the groceries and it was more convenient, but now WinCo actually has better service since they scan it and provide ample room for you to bag (at cheaper prices too). What a shame. Shopped here for decades, but won't be doing any of my main grocery shopping here again.
