I had a mani pedi on Friday Labor Day weekend, service was amazing 🤩! They did a fantastic job! I don’t remember the name of the one who did my Volcano (Romance scented) pedicure and Lynn did my manicure!

I’ve been going here for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience! So clean and always good service! nothing is perfect but the one time i did need them to redo a nail very understanding abt it! The furniture is not old and the back massage on the chair they do ur toes in can be a little rough but u can also choose to just not use it, not the end of the world lol. i love this place and will continue to go for a long time!

Been coming here since they opened and typically enjoy my services - but the owner has GOT TO start updating and making improvements to the equipment!!! Pedicure chairs are falling apart, basins are leaking water onto the floor, they’re taping holes in the chairs and having clients sit in ones that only have one arm. Come on now owner - get it together and start investing more of that money back INTO the salon. There are a LOT of nail salons to choose from - why should we spend our time at this broken down one?!??

My daughter and I went in for pedi's. The polish is old. It's chipping off after 4 hours. The lady that did my pedi was very nice, but she was so rough and in a big rush. It wasn't a relaxing experience like it was in the past.
When I paid for the pedi's the rep was mad that we didn't have cash for a tip. She told me they only except cash tips. I told her I didn't have cash for a tip. I've always added it to the total. She continued to yell at me then rang up another transaction. She ended our visit telling me to bring cash. The last experience we had was similar. Minus the tip issue. I'm kinda sad. We've gone here for years.

I have the BEST pedicure ever here. Thank you for paying attention to details! And also done waxing eyebrows. Kate did a nice job. I love it.

I feel so sad but today will be my last time here. The service has gone down after the new management took over. Today I noticed the cup holders in the chairs were dirty and it does not look the new owners want to invest but just make money. The new request for tipping in cash and asking for cash tips by Venmo or Zelle does not work for me because I rarely have cash and do not always go to an atm. I think it's time to try Honest nail bar at Kent Station been coming here at least 10 yrs

Kind of torn on my review because my nail tech (Lena) did a great job and really quality work but a full set with no polish was $53. And my mom’s pedicure with no polish was $34. What is usually a $40 appointment was $87. That seemed excessive. But they are very skilled at their craft! They deserve the payment it just caught me off guard.

Such a sweet person helped me that I almost didn't want to post a review but the station was not cleaned between the last person and me. No manicure or treatment of the fingers. Horrible overly layered dip. Would not go back.

Wow! I walked in at 4pm on the Friday before the week of Christmas and they were able to get me started immediately! I was expecting a long wait because of my timing and the number of customers being assisted, so I was thrilled. The salon is large and very clean. The nail tech did a fantastic job, and clearly paid attention to detail. I got exactly what I wanted and as a first time customer, I would definitely return. Thank you!!

I had upper arms waxing done and the service was so bad. They didn’t do well with removing all my arms hair. There was no comfortable seating and on top of that, the lady was so unprofessional while handling wax, all dripping on clothing and floor.
