Been a customer since before Covid, mostly due to lack of alternatives in MV. Covington location has been going downhill for years, especially on customer service and keeping appointments.
I always call ahead for an appointment, always arrive early, always end up getting started 15-25 minutes late.
Last time today. Hopefully management can turn this place around.

Just had my hair cut by Josh and let me tell you I will be back for another one by him when its needed. I will also be bringing my daughter and my son to him. He takes the time and listens to what you want or need, and also has his own ideas which might be better he saved me my length ( i thought i needed more off then I did). Forsure just gained a repeat customer!

Covington doesn't know how lucky they are to have a barber/stylist like Josh! I've been going to him for years when he worked in Seattle and now I'm following him here. Find me someone who can give a better fade! Super friendly and courteous, he takes time to understand your wants and gives good reccomendations, can't say enough good things about this guy.

Have been coming here consistently for years and has been my main barber for a while, but I have noticed it is highly inconsistent in quality. I came in to get a trim which I found somewhat unsatisfactory, so I came back for a free fix up and left with a terrible haircut that will take months if not a year to grow back, my disappointment is overwhelming. It was far, far too short despite providing a photo and ample description. Worse yet I paid $50 for the irreparable damage and once more cannot overstate my displeasure. It's unfortunate, but I can't go back to this place after this so I suppose I'll have to find a new one to frequent.

Always happy with my haircuts here, and was paired with a great new stylist, Leo. His attention to detail, and expertise on how to maintain your type of hair went above and beyond. I have a pain in the butt cowlick thatâs all straightened out now. If you are trying to look RIGHT, book an appointment with him. I unfortunately declined the straight razor shave on my face, but he cleaned the nape of my neck with it and it is smooth. If youâre trying to impress a date then I would highly recommend seeing him before hand.

I am writing this review on behalf of stylist TRACY she has 20 years of experience and it shows. She is a kind & authentic person and gives a amazing hair cut. She listens and does what you ask. Can't wait to have my foil in near future.

This place has gone down hill, don't bother. If you do definitely don't let Olga cut your hair. Completely uneven cut with my daughter only had 4 inches cutoff, that's it. No styling, no bangs and charged $50. Took her 10min to cut and spent nearly 25min blow drying with a brush.Been going here for years but no more.

Called the morning of and was able to book 2 spots for my son and I. Walked into a friendly, clean and very cool shop (the chairs are awesome). My stylist Natasha literally read my mind. I gave her a vague description of a haircut I got very long ago and that combined with a model picture on the wall she got the closest anyone has ever đ. My son had the pleasure of having Rachel as his. Rachel is a saint. My son was being a typical 5yo and well let's just say I cannot thank her enough and on top of it mom was happy as well. The Shop will now be where my family goes from now on, they checked all the boxes and their prices are very competitive to any chain place but with a very chill local shop vibe.

I walked in at 3:30 on a Saturday, not one person in there. I was rudely asked by the girl at the front desk âwhat do you needâ. I said oh a quick hair cut. She says weâre booked and looked back at her cell phone not looking back up. I said oh ok, no walk ins anymore? And not a response. I walked out, sat in my car looking for another place and not one person came in for 15 minutes. They must hate having business but the girl in there is down right rude.
