I just had the most unpleasant experience at this store. The young lady at the front desk was dismissive and rude. She did not know how to print my online print order and became belligerent. After she said we would have to wait for a partner store to email the print order to her and charge $5 to tape my two packages together, I asked her name and to speak with a manager. She refused to provide her name and said to call back tomorrow. I left without receiving my print order or shipping my packages. It was not necessary for her to behave in such an unhelpful manner. I will never return to this store. I see why it has 2.5 stars.

My wife shipped two packages totaling 11 pounds, ground service, She was charged nearly $150 for each box. This is complete robbery. I am astounded that UPS would price gouge anyone like this.

I go to this location for all my UPS needs. I recently had a lot of returns to Amazon of the same type of item. It got very confusing which code went to which item. Brittany, the young lady at the counter, was so kind and patient with me! I observed her for a few minutes with other customers and she treated everyone with kindness, courtesy and respect.Thank you, Brittany, for exemplary customer service! Kindness wins the day in every way!

Typical robot employees that can't think beyond a few sentences. I get 10x better service at the post office.

The gal working today, Aug. 6th, was pretty freaking rude to use using the service. She has impressed me to go elsewhere, I won't be back. I guess they aren't hurting for business and can afford poor customer service.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience and I will never be coming back to the store. There were two workers, Christopher and Kari. Christopher was excellent and extremely kind. Kari on the other hand was very rude and constantly making passive aggressive comments towards me, other customers, and Christopher. When she called me up, she told Christopher that she was going on her break after she finished with my transaction, Christopher told her to please finish her consolidation before going on break. He was very kind about it. Kari signs loudly and says “are you serious? I’ve been standing for 2 hours and my back hurts” which fine whatever, but now every single thing she did with anger and constant attitude, even to me. At one point, a child like 8 years old came in with an already labeled Amazon return and asked where to put it and she YELLED at him saying “are you serious?? Don’t be stupid just put it right there!” The poor kid looked like he was going to cry.I will never be going back to this ups, and honestly you will probably use a lot of customers if she keeps this up.

One employee working who let people stand in line over 15 minutes and never acknowledged them. That is when I walked out and I wasn't even next! Get that woman some help in there and teach her how to talk to customers when they're busy-we're a lot more understanding when acknowledged.

The elderly white lady at the counter wouldn't take my Amazon return because I hadn't packaged it and specifically said to "put it in a bag" and bring it back. Understandable, I hadn't seen on the return slip where it said customer needs to package it. It's just pillows so I left and went all the way back to get a bag then came back to the store and the SAME lady, still being very rude, told me she wouldn't take them now unless I "put them in a box" and wanted to charge me $10 for said box lfmao! Why would you tell someone to bring something back in a bag then 15 min later say to bring it back in a box, what kind of person does that?

Another visit, another late start. Almost 20 minutes late. Make Valley store (next closest) isn't much better if you don't mind the lines. Should I be glad it's open at all? Hmm
