I'm not a US Bank customer probably never will be. This branch obviously has issues with employees/management. No one wears a name tag in there probably for that reason to not know who your speaking with. Customer service is bad, can only imagine if I had a bank problem had to deal with them. Sorry for the customers that bank with this branch. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BANKING HERE!!!!

I was so pleased with their customer service, Lanette was so helpful when I was dealing with an issue. She worked out a creative solution and was able to solve a problem that seemed impossible. Thanks!!!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a representative named Happy at my local branch of US Bank. I have to say that my experience with her was beyond disappointing and frustrating. Despite several attempts to contact her via email, I never received a response from her. It was as if my emails had gone into a black hole.When I finally managed to reach her via phone, she was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, blaming everything on her manager Kirk Lantier. She seemed to lack any sense of responsibility and accountability, and did not even attempt to find a solution to my problem. It was as if she just wanted to get rid of me and move on to the next customer.Overall, my experience with Happy was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I would not recommend banking at this branch if you have to deal with her. It's a shame that a company as large and reputable as US Bank would employ someone like Happy who clearly has no interest in providing quality customer service.

One of the worst US Banks in the county, maybe even the whole state. They don't have any deposit slips to fill out. When you come to the front counter, they will give you this look like your making them work overtime. Followed by saying "you need a deposit slip to make this deposit, do you not have a slip?" I'm not sure what kinds lunacy world this branch works on, but it's clearly over their common sense ability. When I informed the clerk I don't have my account number, please look it up in my profile. She tells me you can log in to your mobile app and get it. As I'm doing something else on the phone for a few minutes, the clerk asks "did you get me the account number?".. Normal people in other banks would just kindly write it down on the slip. The clerk will then have the audacity to say something smart out their mouth that is completely unnecessary and lecture you with the slips then. I rarely leave one star reviews, those are usually meant for fast food places. Fast food workers will do a better job. I expect a bank to be at 5 stars any day of the week. I'd suggest you go to the Maple Valley bank in Fred Meyer if you are in this part of town.

I went to the covington us bank branch to make a time sensitive money wire on a Saturday. Fyi i called and made an appointment to do this. When I arrived Happy told me she could not do money wires on Saturdays and told to come back Monday. I asked why someone failed to tell me this when i made the appointment and she just said come back Monday am. I told her it was time sensitive and she continued to tell me to come back Monday which was too late for me. I quickly went to the us bank branch in kent for a solution and Emily was so kind and able to help me with a wire transfer THAT SAME DAY. When I told her about my experience in covington she said that should not have happened and they should have been able to help me. Not sure whats happening at the covington branch but if it wasnt for Emily in Kent I would have taken my banking else where. This is not the first time have gone to this branch and gotten poor service from Happy.

I am a young adult who opened up a bank account for the first time ever, my experience started off a bit rocky and I was unsure of my choice at first but after getting to work with the management of this branch I am very satisfied with my choice! I'd definitely recommend working with the management with this branch, they are very kind and understanding.

Worst customer service of anyBank I’ve done business with! I’m closing my business account and personal. Customer service is horrible! They are always understaffed the tellers slow and rude. Takes forever to get anything done.

We came here on a Saturday a little before noon. Needed to get my husband on my account, which requires all the account holders (my parents included) to be present to sign. Since we live an hour away, it can be a challenge. We show up an hour before closing to learn that the banker on staff had "left early because it was slow." Frustrating, as we required a banker to be there and had arrived PLENTY before close. They ushered us to another U.S. bank 20 min away that "stayed open later." Well, that other branch did not stay open later than 1pm, and we were turned away as there wasn't enough time. The other branch (inside the Fred Meyer by Four Corners) were very nice, but the Kent location did not call to check on their hours or warn them they sent us our way. Absolutely disappointing to not have a banker present, just because they wanted to leave. Will never be returning to this branch again.

This bank is completely ridiculous... Went to SIMPLY cash a check using the typical two pieces of identification, and im being told that they require solcail security identification / verification!?!? What is the word coming to.. Things are getting way out of control. I will never bank with US Bank or do business with this bank again.

So this lovely man was parked on my street for 20 min. He said he's with us bank assessing property. First he blocked my driveway. If a bank is assessing my property value, they need to let me know and they can't be so shady and rude as this stalker. I had to call the cops on him, because he wouldn't say what he was doing.

Super friendly people and super fast service. If there's any kind of a wait they tell you so you know when it's your turn. They operate really fast shortest wait of any bank I've been to.
