The staff here are terrific, patient, and humorous! They work as quickly as they can, but don't make you feel rushed. They put up with a lot of rude people with patience and professionalism.

They’ve lost 3 packages in 2 years when moved in this zip code. And they all claimed to be delivered!!!! All protected by insurance but we get denied saying they show as delivered even though we have video proof they aren’t being delivered. Maybe someone is stealing our packages from our families.

The workers at this post office are extremely rude behavior and unprofessional both the male and females (you can see in the other reviews posted on this by others the picture of the two employees is who are the ones who disrespect walk ins appointments. Despite arriving early at 8am, about 50 other people along us were in a wait for a long time to passport inquiries. The window for passport was supposed to close at 1:00 PM but they shut down early at 12:20 PM without any notice. They claimed that walk ins will be assisted by one of the employees while the other one will be assisting the appointments but they only did appointments and not walk ins. The person that was assigned to do the walk ins just, did not do. They said that each person would be served 15 minutes, but took 40 minutes on purpose with only 3 people were helped in the 3 hours out of the 50 others. The employees ignored the walk ins, retreating to the back room when all us walk ins appointments tried kept on to speak to them. Additionally, they didn't even provide us with any appointment timings. This experience was very disappointing and too disrespectful.

The drivers from this post office are not good. They don’t look at the addresses and they could care less if they delivered it to the wrong address. They told my neighbor who got my mail that it was now his problem. Geez!

Douglas at the passport desk is the best! We were walk-ins and learned that appointments understandably have priority. I watched him work for 90min straight as efficiently as possible to keep his appointments moving then squeezed my 3 daughters in! I was expecting to wait all day. He was honest, straight forward, and you could just tell a kind man. My wife was the other piece that helped by having our paperwork organized, correct, and ready to go. We had our photos already as well. All post offices are over worked and understaffed, but this guy deserves a medal for his composer and work ethic.

For 10 years I never had any trouble with mail delivery. Now we have a new delivery person and I can easily prove he is lying about delivering packages (I have multiple cameras), but literaly no one seems to care. No one at the USPS customer service number will do anything at all but recite the tracking info to me, and certainly no one at this branch will do anything but rudely dismiss me. Even worse is they won't pay the insurance because the packages were supposedly delivered. I am out hundreds of dollars at this point due to either incompetence or theft by the employees here and there is nothing I can do about it becasue they just lie and say they delivered it, regardless of any proof. I now try to avoid using USPS when I can, but it's not always an option.

Nice post office, usually busy. Drive thru mail drop box picks up at 5:30 pm M-F and 3 pm Saturdays. Door is locked after hours so no more after hours package drop off.
