Very unprofessional wont listen to customers when theyre talking, really moody, they might even be racist but not okay please hire better employees customers dont deserve to be treated like this.

displeasure of visiting the local post office, and I must say it was an absolutely dreadful experience. From start to finish, everything about this place was a complete disappointment. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on my worst enemy.Firstly, the staff at the post office were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they had no interest in assisting customers or providing any kind of service. They were dismissive, impatient, and lacked basic courtesy. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to use their services.To make matters worse, the organization and efficiency at this post office were non-existent. The lines were long and moved at a snail's pace, despite there being only a few customers. The employees seemed to be more interested in chatting among themselves than actually attending to customers. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating.Furthermore, the facility itself was in dire need of an upgrade. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, with no proper seating available. The lighting was dim, making it difficult to read any instructions or fill out forms. The overall cleanliness of the place was questionable, with dust and grime visible in various corners.But the worst part of the whole experience was the mishandling of packages. I had sent a fragile item, clearly labeled as such, and it arrived at its destination completely shattered. It was evident that no care or attention was given to the handling of packages, and the staff seemed indifferent to the damage caused.In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this post office. The rude and unhelpful staff, the disorganized and inefficient service, the outdated and uncomfortable facilities, and the careless handling of packages all contribute to a truly awful experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek out an alternative option for your postal needs.

I run a business in Covington WA, For the past 2+ years I have had THE WORST time with this branch! I will order things I need and they will drive right past my business and then mark the package as undeliverable. Then they have the nerve to say its "available for pick up" when the driver looks right at my business and drives past me without even attempting to deliver it. Please stop being lazy and do your job!!!

I drove all the way for 1 min to tell me that their hours are posted online have changed. At least, respect the fact that i waited with my family for 20min to do the passport with all the paperwork ready in hand. At least, update the hours online and not waste people time and schedule. If you say online that you accept walkins until 3pm then you must honor that!

COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY POST OFFICE!!! They will mark on the site that your package is delivered when they did not deliver it. This has happened multiple times. I believe the carrier is stealing my packages and getting away with it. When you confront them there is no accountability.

These 2 people are incredible. Whenever I have the opportunity, I choose Covington post office over any office around here. They are knowledgeable, quick, calm, ready, NICE, and they deserve people to be very kind to them. Remember, the long lines are NOT their fault. These 2 will be retiring soon, I assume, make sure they directly train the replacements.

I doubt I’ve ever visited a worse run USPS. Does this picture look like a good use of taxpayer subsidies for a „I don’t care“ Federal Government organization (partially which makes the accountability even worse!!). Also for people who follow directions - see the back of this Attempted delivery notice - it says Maple Valley … am I supposed to know it really means Covington??

Some days we don’t even get mail. Had out going in mailbox with flag up didn’t see the driver at all. We usually get our mail between 9:00 and 10:00 now it’s not here till late in afternoon. I picked up out going mail so bills won’t get stolen. I was expecting important papers today I tracked them mailman never came.
