I wouldn’t recommend elderly people to go here. I witnessed impatient and rude customer service with an elderly man who was hard of hearing.

Recently, I had the pleasure of buying an iPhone 15 Pro at the Verizon store in Covington, where I was assisted by Tony. His expertise and customer service were exceptional. He provided detailed insights into the features of the iPhone 15 Pro, making my decision much easier. Tony was patient, answering all my questions with a friendly and professional demeanor.The purchasing process was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to Tony's attentiveness and knowledge. His guidance was invaluable, and I left the store not only with a great new phone but also with a positive experience. Highly recommend Tony for anyone looking for outstanding service at this Verizon store.

I am writing to express my profound frustration with Verizon, demanding immediate action. I have been a customer for over 10 years, I am appalled by the unacceptable level of service and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction that I have experienced. Several months ago, I purchased a new phone from Verizon, only to have severe technical issues and connectivity failures. The device arrived broken and glitchy due to no fault of my own. Despite dedicating over 30 hours in phone calls, my efforts to resolve these issues were all for not, also leading to prolonged periods without a working phone. This situation has spiraled over the last three months, consuming more than 60 hours of my time in calls with Verizon agents, over 10 hours in online chats, and over 12 hours being in person at the Verizon store. The stark lack of coordination within Verizon's departments has been infuriating. To add insult to injury, I am still being billed for the phone I returned two months ago. This is beyond comprehension and reeks of negligence. It's a slap in the face to me as a long-standing customer. It is disgusting dealing with this ongoing financial error and Verizon's failure to rectify it promptly. I am left with no choice but to escalate this issue. Beyond filing a complaint with the BBB, I am pursuing legal action through small claims court, and broadcasting my grievous experience on every review platform available. I was also told that another disgruntled customer parked his vehicle outside of a Verizon store with large posters and signs stating that Verizon ripped him off. Funny thing, shortly after parking, Verizon immediately made it right with that customer only because they didn't want the bad publicity. It is a sad state of affairs when a customer is driven to such lengths to seek justice and fair treatment. The situation is not just disappointing; it is utterly unacceptable, and I demand immediate and effective action from Verizon.

Quite literally the biggest joke of all time. Since when did buying a phone become like buying a car? I couldn’t imagine a worse experience if I tried. And then after we spend an entire day getting said new phones, when we come back to the store to bring our old phones back, I’m yet again waiting in a queue to be seen to drop my old phone off. They do everything possible to make this experience as drawn out and as painful as they possibly can. I will never buy a phone here ever again.-Edited to update. Wish I could give this place negative stars. I came here to return our old phones after receiving our new ones. To avoid waiting in an hour queue, I took time off work during the week to come into the store. Since it took three weeks to get the new phones, by the time I made it down to the branch to return the old ones, I was told by the sales associate I could not return the phones at their store and that I had to call customer support and ask them to send me shipping labels so I could then go drop the phones off at a UPS location. After then leaving the store and returning to work, I called customer support and was on the phone with them for over an hour. The associate on the phone told me there was no possible way for him to print me a shipping label, and that I must return the phones at a physical branch. So I decided to drive the 40 minutes BACK to the store and let them know they need to take my phones. After several minutes of them going back and forth each saying they couldn't take my phones, I was ready to walk out and keep them. They finally resolved the issue, but I got to spend 2.5 hours of my day trying to give them our old phones. I never once received an apology from any of the associates. The manager didn't seem to care that they had given me the wrong information and wasted my time. I have been in customer service and sales for 17 years and have never experienced such lack of care for a customer. I understand these guys must hate their job, but a simple "I'm sorry this happened" could have gone a long way. Do better.

I would leave 0 stars if able to. Two different visits and both times have had horrible experiences. First our phones were not usable for three days. Second I was sold a watch that won’t work with my phone. Back and forth with very little knowledgeable staff. Being told there is no way they would know the watch wouldn’t work with my phone. Really!?

Wish I could select no stars. This Verizon location and it's employees is awful. Horrible customer service and they give out incorrect info. You talk to one employee who says one thing and then another who tells you the other employee didn't give you correct info. They all say something different. They absolutely suck.

I had gotten a new phone and had great service. Went smoothly and had been told as long as I come back within 30 days I could get $350 for my trade in. I come back later in the month and was told I can get $100. No additional help or trying to figure out why I was quoted higher. Just said that is what I could get. Frustrating to say the least.

Walked in store. Lots of people standing around. No greeting. Everyone had a sour look on their faces. Maybe I should come back another time.

Do not use. Was in line and heard the sales person strong arm a couple in to buying a bunch of extras that they didn’t need. Mentioned it to the manager (devean) he said thats the way we do it. Left immediately.
