This pharmacy has bad communication with their customers. They will give you the runaround on when medication’s will be ready sometimes its a day or two when they finally tell you that they’ll have to send the prescription elsewhere for you to fill.

If I could give it a 0 star I would! Walked into Walgreens for passport pictures. Online states photo hours are until 10pm. I walked into the store at 9:15pm asked one lady at the counter I needed one passport picture done please. She told me the other staff lady can help, when I told the other staff lady I need one passport picture. She stated the photos are closed and it closed at 9pm the time was 9:15hmm…But I know the store and hours are open until 10pm hmmm. The store was NOT BUSY no customer besides me in line ..those 2 staff ladies doing nothing I think they could’ve done one picture it takes less then 15mins to take passport pictures. This was on 7/23/25 who ever those staff ladies are I would file a complaint to the store manager!
Here’s the kicker I went to Walgreens in Auburn after that situation at Covington Walgreens.
The gentleman there help me right away. He took the passport photo & it only took him 10mins tops. He mentioned passport photos hours are up until 10:55pm wow 5mins before closing something that covington Walgreens DO NOT DO. Now it has me thinking the 2 staff ladies at walgreens in Covington on 7/23/25 didn’t want to do their job to help a customer even when the store had 45mins before closing.

Staff and pharmacists are ill-informed and inconsistent.I've been coming here for 2 years, and it's only gotten worse. Medication statuses are not provided with any consistency. I HAVE to go here due to insurance limitations, but I do not recommend anyone choosing this place.

I've been coming here for years with my prescriptions on auto refill. Have been waiting for over a week for one they are out of when I called this morning it was suggested that I call their other locations to see if it's available and transfer my prescription to that location. Here's a better idea, Do better Walgreens. I'll be switching all my scripts elsewhere.

My family has been going to this pharmacy for over five years and the staff are some of the kindest and most hard working folks I’ve ever met. They often greet us by name, they clearly care very much about their customers, and they are just great people.

I've gone to this location since I was a kid and I don't know what happened but this pharmacy is awful nowadays.
They've shorted my dad on medications several times, there's a female pharmacist who works there who is so entirely unpleasant and unhelpful who other reviewers have commented about.
My dad has a serious medical condition and he needs his meds around the clock, he cannot miss his doses and when I order them I follow all of their rules and regulations and they went as far as saying they won't give emergency doses to him for a mistake they made on THEIR part. They've had us playing phone tag with doctors offices and I've had enough.
I'm taking my dad's business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend going to this pharmacy at all. ?

Their customer service is a joke. I tried to renew my prescription 2 weeks in advance before I run out after not hearing anything for a week. I call them left a message, after finally coming in person they tell me there's an issue with my prescription and the prescription doesn't have my name on it which makes no sense whatsoever. And now my doctor's office is closed and I'm going to run out of my prescription and they won't refill it. It's not a prescription for narcotic painkillers or anything crazy but it is medicine that I desperately need, don't expect them to call you when your prescription is filled if there's an issue with your prescription they won't call you their service is a joke and they have lost my business.

you need to stop advertising same day pick up for your photo center when they arent ever ready within the same day, 24+ hours usually till they are ready or days

Ordered canvases called in if they ready they said yeah come get it I came they didn’t started yet and said they machine broken I would be mad but I called in that it’s important because it was my sisters wedding and I needed them asap same day the worst service ever and they didn’t even gave me discount

I have had the worst experience with the Chinese lady pharmacist in Covington. So many times, she doesn’t fill my prescriptions on time and short my prescriptions a few times. My eye doctor sent the eye drop prescription on 03/06/24. I came to pick up my eye drops today 03/14/24. I was told it was not filled yet and come back tomorrow. I asked her why it was not filled? She said “I don’t know.” That is unacceptable!

The lady who received me at the front was nice. Very welcoming. The pharmacist horrible. I asked her for medicine recommendation and she suggested I’d go to a doctor. Lady I’m not asking you for that advice I just wanted to know her recommendation on what pills to buy. I told her that’s not what I’m asking you and I just walked away before I’d say something rude. Never coming here again.
