I wish I could rate the store and pharmacy separately because I have nothing but good things to say about the store employees but not so nice things about the pharmacy. We had our prescriptions sent over due to the rite aid closure and it has been nothing but problems. First it's not covered by ins, which was a lie, then it's a fill too early but when I looked up the ins claim, it said they filled it. So they 'fixed it' and it would be ready by 11am the next day. We go to get it the next day and it's back to refill too early.I understand that this transition has been hard on them but there are better ways to handle customer service.

Employees at check out were rude and gave us dirty looks, constantly looking at the other people in line, making ugly faces at us, for no reason. Even though I said thank you and was nice, they acted like it was an absolute chore for me to shop there. Will not be back.

Great customer service, unlike other times it was quick and easy to find my stuff. Employees were very nice and chatty! Will come back again.

Refused coadministration of flu and Moderna booster in same arm. Worse yet, refused to consider that they might be wrong about the CDC guidance. If they can’t get this right, what else are they getting wrong? Complete waste of time.

RiteAide pharmacy closed and I was transferred to Walgreens. Walgreens rates a zero for customer service, cannot fill prescriptions, do not answer calls, etc, I have to find another source.

They won’t accept Molina, and if you have Molina but want to pay out of pocket—you still can’t. Horrible pharmacy.

The pharmacy had the LONGEST wait times I’ve ever experienced. Why does it take 8 hours to get a prescription?? I’ve been to other Walgreens for a medicines and it NEVER takes this long. Every time I need a prescription it takes 5-8 hours on average. And if they say it’ll be ready in an hour, that sometimes means 3 more hours.

They couldn’t price match their own price that they have online. The girl that at the cashier is having an attitude when I show Walgreen app with a lower price. Definitely done with Walgreen and this location!

Covington Washington today the absolute worst customer service ever.Advertise coupon savings but the cashier Absolutely couldn't ring us up correctly or communicate properly.20 minutes later after downloading the app creating an account and she re rang it three times still did not get all my discounts plus she could not show me a receipt because I chose digital when pressured for how I wanted my coupons in the future...

If I could get the store zero stars I would. The shift manager Kaitlyn is super rude, and not helpful and even admitted she doesn’t make enough money to care. I waited in line and asked Emily the cashier to call somebody over to Photo and she dismissed me and said she would later. Then the store manager Kaitlyn came up and started ringing out other people when I was the next in line over in photo waiting. Emily still haven’t even called anybody to help me. She refused to come over and help me after I came back up to the till asking for help over in photo again. Stating that there’s only two people working. The people who work here really need training on customer service. I had a baby in my arms will never be coming back to this Walgreens, but they told me that they didn’t care anyways.

It's a good drug store, and they do have a variety of items from beauty to medical to snacks and drinks as well as a fairly good sized seasonal section. Prices are normally high on regular priced items, but they are almost always running sales which covers a lot of items.

I’ve always had my prescription filled every 28 days as per federal regulations, but a new pharmacist changed it to 29 days. It’s only 1 day difference but I travel out of state for work and it’s really thrown off my schedule. Hence 1 star for suddenly changing something that I’ve never experienced at any other Walgreens only this irritating one in convington. So if anyone was under the impression that they follow federal regulations of 2 days early think again and go elsewhere
